摘 要： 农村一二三产业融合对于实现农业生产方式变革、构建现代农业产业体系、实现农民增收有着极大的意义和作用。农村一二三产业融合的本质是产业间分工协作的关系，农村一二三产业融合的内涵、机制和路径都可以从分工协作的角度进行解释。同时，在农村一二三产业融合中应注意农业、农民的主体地位，信息化建设、分工协作机制和利益联结机制等方面的问题。

Abstract：The integration of the rural primary， secondary and tertiary industries is of great significance to the realization of the transformation of the mode of agricultural production， the construction of modern agricultural industrial system and the increase of farmers income. The essence of the integration of the rural primary， secondary and tertiary industries is the relationship between division and cooperation among industries， the connotation， mechanism and path of the integration of the rural primary， secondary and tertiary industries can be explained from the perspective of division of labor and cooperation. At the same time， in the integration of the rural primary， secondary and tertiary industries， we should pay attention to the main position of agriculture and farmers， the construction of information， the mechanism of division of labor and cooperation and the mechanism of interest joint and so on.

農村一二三产业融合是产业融合的更深入推进阶段，对于促进农业生产方式转变、构建现代农业产业体系、拓宽农民增收渠道有着极大的重要性和必要性。然而当前我国农村一二三产业融合还处于初级阶段，融合水平低，融合主体发育迟缓，产供销、贸工农还存在脱节，农产品产业链还没有得到充分拓展与实现，其融合的总体进程仍处于不断的探索和总结之中。在此背景下，2016年1月国务院办公厅提出《国务院办公厅关于推进农村一二三产业融合发展的指导意见》，提出用工业思维发展农业，以市场需求为导向，推动制度、技术和商业模式创新，深入推进农业供给侧结构性改革，以此来构建农村一二三产业交叉融合的现代产业体系。2017年中央一号文件中也提出要发展壮大新产业新业态，深入推进一二三产业融合发展。所以，从当前的理论和现实背景来看，研究农村一二三产业融合具有极大的理论意义和现实意义。……
