摘 要：近年来，随着建筑行业的不断创新与发展，在很大程度上对经济建设发挥着积极重要的影响。但是其暴露出来的问题也越发明显，尤其是建筑施工作业中因片面追赶工期或是经济效益而忽视其建筑施工作业中的施工管理问题，进而带来的质量也是不可估量的。此外，随着能源的逐渐消耗导致资源浪费的现象频频发生，长远来讲并不利于我国经济的可持续发展。所以作为建筑行业也必须提倡绿色建筑先行，降低建筑施工作业环境中对能源的损耗，降低成本。从根本上推动我国建筑行业的发展。下面就施工管理及绿色建筑两方面内容进行重点分析，希望通过文章的论述可以为相关人员提供一定的参考意见。

Abstract： In recent years， with the continuous innovation and development of the construction industry， to a large extent， it plays a positive and important role in economic construction. But its exposed problems are more and more obvious， especially in the construction work because of one-sided catch up with the construction period or economic benefits and ignore the construction management problems in the construction work， and then the quality is inestimable. In addition， with the gradual consumption of energy leading to the phenomenon of resource waste occurs frequently， in the long run， it is not conducive to the sustainable development of our economy. Therefore， the construction industry must also promote green building first， and then reduce the loss of energy in the construction environment as well as costs， so as to fundamentally promote the development of the construction industry in China. The following is an analysis of the construction management and green building from two aspects， in the hope that the discussion of the paper can provide some reference for the relevant personnel.

引言

隨着我国经济水平的提高，社会建设步伐的加快，建筑工程建设项目逐渐增多，建筑工程施工管理工作越来越受到重视。在新时期，建筑工程施工管理应当追求低成本、高效率与高质量。绿色建筑施工管理作为一种新型的施工管理模式，在节省建筑施工成本，提升工程建设质量等方面发挥重要作用。笔者结合自己多年建筑施工管理经验，在分析建筑施工管理具体项目的基础上探讨绿色建筑施工管理的具体方式，希望可为我国当下及未来建筑施工管理提供有益指导。

1 绿色建筑含义

绿色建筑其实就是相关人员为了保证建筑的使用期限，节省建筑施工过程中的资源使用情况，避免生态环境遭到严重的侵害，保护生态绿色自然环境，给人们提供良好的生活环境。……
