【摘要】 目的：探討营养干预对维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响。方法：选择2014年4月-2016年2月在笔者所在医院接受维持性血液透析治疗的80例患者进行随机分组。对照组给予常规的干预，营养干预组在对照组基础上强化营养干预。比较两组营养状态改善率；干预前后微炎症状态指标白介素-6和C反应蛋白；干预前后患者生理领域、环境领域、社会关系领域和心理领域生活质量。干预前后患者营养指标血红蛋白、转铁蛋白、前清蛋白。结果：营养干预组营养状态改善率高于对照组；干预后营养干预组微炎症状态指标白介素-6和C反应蛋白优于对照组；干预后营养干预组生理领域、环境领域、社会关系领域和心理领域生活质量优于对照组；干预后营养干预组营养指标血红蛋白、转铁蛋白、前清蛋白优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：营养干预对维持性血液透析患者效果显著，可有效改善患者的机体营养状况，降低微炎症水平，促进患者生活质量的改善，对于患者预后有明显的改善作用。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the effect of nutritional intervention on the quality of life of maintenance hemodialysis patients.Method：80 patients who underwent maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital from April 2014 to February 2016 were selected for grouping.The control group was given routine intervention，the nutrition intervention group on the basis of the control group to strengthen the nutritional intervention.The improvement rate of nutritional status between the two groups was compared.The levels of interleukin-6 and C-reactive protein were observed before and after intervention.Before and after intervention in the patients physical field，environmental field，social relations and psychological areas of quality of life were compared.Patients before and after intervention nutritional indicators of hemoglobin，transferrin，prealbumin were compared.Result：The nutrition improvement rate in nutrition intervention group was higher than that in control group（P<0.05）.After intervention，the levels of IL-6 and C-reactive protein in nutritional intervention group were better than those in control group（P<0.05）.After intervention，the quality of life of the nutrition intervention group was better than that of the control group in the physiological field，environmental field，social relation field and psychological field（P<0.05）.After intervention，nutritional indexes such as hemoglobin，transferrin and prealbumin in nutritional intervention group were better than those in control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The nutritional intervention is effective in maintenance hemodialysis patients，which can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients，reduce the level of micro-inflammation，improve the quality of life of patients，and improve the prognosis of patients.

维持性血液透析患者通过血液透析治疗可有效将毒素清除，减轻体内毒素堆积和尿毒症症状，是常见的肾脏替代疗法，但维持血液透析治疗过程容易产生营养不良状况，导致患者生活质量降低[1-2]。本研究回顾性分析了营养干预对维持性血液透析患者生活质量的影响，并探讨其影响因素，报告如下。

1 资料与方法
