摘要：文章采用python爬虫程序对动漫网站上消费者评论进行大数据搜索与挖掘，得出影响消费者对动漫作品需求的8项质量指标，据此设计问卷并进行抽样调查，获取杭州市民对动漫作品质量满意度的评价数据，利用KANO模型对作品质量需求进行分类与测算，得出提高动漫作品质量的优化次序，从而为动漫产业供给侧改革指明路径，提出动漫企业需要首先供给消费者认为的必备的人设与画面质量，提升动漫作品的剧情质量，并引导付费欣赏逆向质量。

Abstract： This article uses python reptile program to search and excavate consumer reviews on anime websites. It concludes eight quality indicators that influence consumer demand for animation works. Based on this， a questionnaire is designed and sample surveys are conducted to obtain Hangzhou citizens' evaluation data of the quality satisfaction of the animation works. The KANO model is used to classify and measure the quality requirements of the works， and concludes that the optimization order of the quality of the animation works is improved， and the path for the reform of the supply side of the animation industry is pointed out and it proposes that the animation company needs to provide the essential people's design and picture quality that consumers think and improve the quality of the story of the animation work and guide the reverse quality of the paid appreciation.

0 引言

中国动漫产业消费者数量庞大，消费人群逐年递增。截至2017上半年，中国动漫产业产值达786亿元，然而，①日本与欧美动漫仍大幅占据中国动漫内容消费市场，中国国内原创动漫在动漫内容消费市场仅占11%，而日本却占据了约60%的市场份额，且我国动漫进出口呈现贸易逆差，市场份额较低。由此可见，我国动漫产业仍处于落后地位。

十九大提出我国需要坚定文化自信并推动社会主义文化繁荣兴盛的要求，但我国动漫产业供给数量及质量，与正不断增长的人民群众精神娱乐文化需要及不断发展的动漫市场需求之间还有很大的差距。由于多种因素的制约，国产动漫产业供应量小，种类较少，优质作品欠缺，与日益增长的动漫产业需求量相比，国产动漫作品并不……
