摘要：我国据不完全统计接近50万个工地在施工，绝大数工地均有着传统工地的不足，如：建筑工地环境复杂、从业人员管理难、安全事故频发、调查取证难、机械安全管理难、环保系统不健全等；为了改善以上传统工地管理中的不足，通过智能科技化手段切实保障企业利益，越来越多的建筑工地引用智慧工地系统。文中结合重庆某超高层建筑项目智慧工地的应用情况，重点阐述了智慧工地在项目经营管理中的收益。

Abstract： According to incomplete statistics， nearly 500，000 construction sites are under construction in China. Most of the construction sites have the disadvantages of traditional construction sites， such as： complex construction site environment， difficult management of employees， frequent safety accidents， difficult investigation and evidence collection， difficult mechanical safety management， and not perfect environmental protection system. In order to improve the above-mentioned deficiencies in traditional site management， the intelligent and technological means can effectively protect the interests of enterprises， so more and more construction sites cites introduce smart site system. This paper combines the application situation of a smart site in a super high-rise building project in Chongqing， and focuses on the benefits of smart site in project management.

1 工程概况

重庆某超高层，总建筑面积31.75万m2，由2栋超高层住宅、商业裙楼及地下8层建筑组成，地下室深度35米，塔楼地上60层，高度208米。该项目引进智慧工地系统，在经营管理工作中应用收益非常明显。

2 智慧工地软件介绍

智慧工地是一种崭新的工程全生命周期管理理念。

智慧工地是指运用信息化手段围绕施工过程管理，建立互联协同、智能生产、科学管理的施工项目信息化生态圈，并将此数据在虚拟现实环境下与物联网采集到的工程信息进行数据挖掘分析，提供过程趋势预测及专家预案，实现工程施工可视化智能管理，以提高工程管理信息化水平，从而逐步实现绿色建造和生态建造。

智慧工地将更多人工智慧、传感技术、虚拟现实等高科技技术植入到建筑、机械、人员穿戴设施、场地进出关口等各类物体中，并且被普遍互联，形成“物联网”，再与“互联网”整合在一起，实现工程管理干系人与工程施工现场的整合。……
