摘要：由于市政道路工程在城市发展过程中发挥了十分重要的作用，因此，在进行市政道路桥梁施工过程中，施工单位需要认真总结市政路桥施工的特点，总结施工规律，引进标准的施工技术工艺，控制好施工要点，提升施工质量。但是受到外界因素的干扰，导致市政路桥工程施工经常出现各种问题，施工单位需要针对具体的施工项目，采取针对性的施工技术，严格控制好整体施工质量。本文主要以吉尔吉斯斯坦比什凯克市政路桥施工为例，就如何做好市政工程施工技术要点展开论述。

Abstract： Since municipal road engineering plays a very important role in the urban development process， in the process of municipal road bridge construction， the construction unit needs to conscientiously summarize the characteristics of municipal road and bridge construction and the construction rules， introduce standard construction technology， control the construction points and improve the construction quality. However， due to interference from external factors， various problems often occur in the construction of municipal roads and bridges. The construction unit needs to adopt specific construction techniques for specific construction projects and strictly control the overall construction quality. This paper mainly takes the construction of the municipal road and bridge in Bishkek， Kyrgyzstan as an example， and discusses the technical aspects of municipal engineering construction.

0 引言

市政路桥是当前城市现代化文明的重要标准，为人们出行提供重大的便利。随着一带一路政策的实行，我国施工单位进一步走出国门，承接了很多国外的工程项目。因此，本文主要针对吉尔吉斯斯坦比什凯克市政路桥施工项目技术管理展开论述，并且提出合理化控制措施和建议。在进行市政路桥建设施工过程中，由于施工工序比较繁琐，施工路线很长，很容易受到周围地质条件的影响。作为施工单位，针对国外的施工项目，为了塑造良好的企业形象，需要严格按照当地施工技术标准，控制好整个工程项目进程，结合实际道桥项目的施工特点，采取先进的施工技术，保证满足工程建设的基本要求。

1 市政路桥施工的特点

与其他建筑工程项目相比，市政路桥工程施工有其自身的特点，为了满足实际工程建设需求，施工单位需要进行全面的规划与控制，防止外界不良因素的干扰。……
