【摘 要】 目的：观察穴位敷贴联合放血治疗寒湿性腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法：选取120例患者随机分为对照1组40例，对照2组40例，治疗组40例。对照1组采用毫针针刺结合TDP照射的方法，对照2组采用口服腰痛宁胶囊合并痛点局部贴壮骨麝香止痛膏的方法，治疗组在TDP局部照射的基础上，采用穴位敷贴联合放血疗法治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为95%，对照1组为98%，对照2组为75%，治疗组与对照1组无统计学差异（P>0.05），但明显优于对照2组（P<0.05）。治疗组治疗1次、10次后的疼痛评分明显优于对照1组和对照2组（P<0.05）。结论：穴位敷贴联合放血治疗寒湿性腰肌劳损临床疗效显著，值得推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint sticking combined with bloodletting treatment of cold dampness of lumbar muscle strain. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into 3 groups， 40 cases in control group 1， 40 cases in control group 2 and 40 in the treatment group. The control group 1 was treated with acupuncture combined with TDP irradiation method.The control group 2 method of the treated with oral administration of Yaotongning capsule combined with local pain paste musk Zhuanggu Zhitong ointment. On the basis of TDP local irradiation， the treatment group was treated with acupoint application combined with blood letting therapy. Results The total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group， 98% in the control group 1 and 75% in the contro group 2. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group 1（P>0.05）， but it was significantly better than the 2 group （P<0.05）. The pain score of the treatment group after 1 and 10 times was obviously better than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2 （P<0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint application combined with bloodletting therapy on the clinical curative effect of cold dampness of lumbar muscle strain is significant， it is worthy of popularization and application.

腰肌勞损或称“腰背肌筋膜炎”、“功能性腰痛”等，是指腰部肌肉、筋膜、韧带等软组织因慢性损伤性炎症引起的疼痛，是腰痛常见的原因之一[1]。近年来，随着生活方式的转变，户外体力活动减少，致使骨质疏松、肌肉韧带松弛，导致慢性腰肌劳损逐年增多，并且发病年龄呈提前趋势[2]。久坐已经成为该病的主要诱发因素之一。其引起的急慢性疼痛及活动功能障碍困扰着无数患者。目前临床上多采用口服药、针灸、推拿、理疗和微创手术等方法治疗。口服药远期效果不理想。其他治疗方法费用高，设备及技术要求高，患者接受度和依从性差[3]。近3 年笔者通过用生姜和三七粉混合敷贴穴位结合放血疗法治疗寒湿性腰肌劳损，取得了满意的疗效，现报道如下。
