【摘 要】 目的：通过比较龙眼不同提取物的神经保护作用，探讨龙眼各部位的药效价值。方法：以H2O2诱导细胞损伤，以龙眼不同部位（肉、壳、核）提取物和龙眼肉不同极性（水、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯）提取物进行干预，倒置显微镜观察细胞形态，MTT法检测细胞增殖，流式细胞术检测细胞凋亡。结果：正常组细胞贴壁良好，轴突明显，易成簇生长；模型组细胞形态不规整，突起肿胀破裂，有脱壁漂浮现象；给药组细胞形态趋于正常，结构较完整。龙眼不同部位中以龙眼肉提取物促进增殖最明显；龙眼肉不同极性提取物中，以乙酸乙酯提取物促进增殖最显著，其对细胞中晚期凋亡及坏死有明显抑制作用。结论：龙眼提取物具有神经保护作用，抑制细胞中晚期凋亡与坏死是其可能的神经保护作用机制。

Abstract：Objective The neuroprotective effects of different extracts from longan were studied to explore the pharmacodynamics of various parts of longan. Methods PC12 cells were induced by H2O2， the different parts of longan （longan meat， shell， nuclear） and longan meat with different polar solvents （water， n-butanol， ethyl acetate） extract were acting on the injured PC12 cells， the morphology of the cells was observed by inverted microscope， MTT assay was used to detect cell proliferation， flow cytometry was used to detect apoptosis. Results Normal cells adhere to a good， axillary obvious， easy clusters of growth； The cell morphology of H2O2 injury is irregular， the proliferation is slow， the swelling and rupture of the protrusion， The morphology of each group was normal， with protrusions and more complete structure. Longan different parts of the longan meat to promote the most obvious proliferation； Longan meat in different polar extracts， with ethyl acetate extract to promote the most significant proliferationm and it on cells in the late apoptosis and necrosis were significantly inhibited. Conclusion Longan extract has neuroprotective effect， inhibit the cell apoptosis and necrosis is the possible neuroprotective mechanism.

龍眼俗名桂圆，其假种皮龙眼肉具有补益心脾、养血安神[1]等功效，并有改善记忆[2]、抗氧化[3]等作用。目前龙眼中仅龙眼肉作为药用部位，对龙眼壳、核等并无有效的开发利用。据报道，龙眼壳、核具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤[4-7]等作用，实验者认为其大量废弃不仅给炮制加工带来不便，同时造成了资源的浪费与环境的污染。本研究拟通过探讨龙眼不同提取物的神经保护作用，为龙眼的炮制加工及扩大应用提供理论依据。

1 材料与方法
