摘 要：白芷是临床常用品种，目前市售白芷存在商品规格多、产区广、品种杂等特点，质量最佳、疗效最好的白芷道地产区药材尚未认识统一。通过查阅本草文献，结合实地调查，对历代本草中白芷进行考证，分析了不同产地白芷药材资源的变迁及演变过程，以帮助人们更好地了解、认识并发掘白芷道地药材。

Abstract：In the medicinal materials market，angelica dahuricae radix selling medicine merchandise specifications，production areas，extensive variety complicated sources.but the best quality and efficacy of Radix Angelicae dahuricae has not been unified.By consulting the literature of the native grass and combining with the field investigation，the angelicae dahuricae radix was investigated on evolution and transition of Germplasm and Road areas of angelica dahuricae radix.By explaining the evolution of angelica dahurica and the reasons for its changes，we can help people better understand，understand and explore the genuine medicinal materials of angelica dahuricae radix.Through analysis，it can help people better understand and explore the genuine medicinal materials of angelica dahuricae radix.

白芷来源于伞形科植物白芷Angelica dahurica或杭白芷Angelica dahurica的干燥根[1]。在中医临床上具有解表散寒、祛风止痛、宣通鼻窍、燥湿止带、消肿排脓的功效[1]。目前，白芷在全国很多地区均有引种栽培，主产于河北、河南、浙江、四川、安徽等地[2，3]。药材市场上商品白芷主要分为祁白芷、禹白芷、杭白芷、川白芷、亳白芷5大类。传统上，白芷药材地道产区曾经发生变迁，本文通过对历代本草中白芷进行考证，梳理了白芷的沿革与变迁，为白芷进一步的应用研究提供参考依据。

1 唐代以前的白芷来源

白芷始载于《神农本草经》，列为中品，谓：“白芷，一名芳香，一名菌，味辛，温，无毒。……生川谷下泽。”[4]。生川谷下泽，可以看出，汉代以前白芷药用为野生资源。

《名医别录》载：“生河东（今山西境内）川谷下泽，二月、八月采根，曝干；今出近道，处处有，近下湿地，东间甚多。”[5]。川谷下泽、近道湿地，为白芷原始生态环境。可见唐代以前白芷药材资源来源于野生。

2 宋明代白芷栽培与野生并存

宋代本草对白芷的记载产地扩大，《嘉佑本草》载：“白芷出齐郡（今山东）……”[6]。
