摘 要 中职生是我国职业教育体系的特殊群体，中职生处于14-18岁的抗压能力的需求阶段，特殊的处境要求中职生在三年内迅速成长为社会人，才能有效应对社会与工作和压力和挑战，但目前我国对中职生压力现状的研究较为少见，本文以湖南隆回职业中专中职学生为调查样本，对中职学生现有压力和应对方式进行了实证研究。

An Analysis of the Current Situation and Coping Styles of Stress among

Secondary Vocational Students

——Take Hunan Longhui Secondary Vocational School as an example

Abstract Vocational students are a special group of vocational education system in China. Students in secondary vocational schools are in the stage of demanding the anti-compression capacity of 14-18 years old. Special circumstances require that secondary vocational students quickly grow into social people within three years in order to effectively deal with society and work. There are pressures and challenges. However， the current research on the status of the pressure on secondary vocational students in China is relatively rare. This article takes a sample of secondary vocational students from in Hunan Longhui vocational secondary schools as an example to conduct empirical research on the current pressure and coping styles of secondary vocational students.

1 測量工具说明

本研究测量工具来自华南师范大学心理系暨心理应用研究中心张卫老师，以及南京工程学院人文与社会科学系岳颂华教授联合编制的“青少年压力应对方式调查”量表，本量表采用Likert自评式4点量表形式计分，应对压力的方式从“从不采用”到“经常采用”分别记1～4分，量表包含80个题目，17个维度，分别为非自主与冲动行为、问题解决与行动、寻求社会支持、幽默、幻想、否认、自责、分心、回避/麻木、容忍/接受、操持平静、压抑、自我放松、认知重建、侵入性思想、情绪困扰、生理唤醒。

2 样本描述与信度分析

本研究抽取了湖南隆回职业中专学校来自七个专业的426名高一学生，其中女生为215名，男生为211名，除10份无效问卷，有效问卷率97.6%，为问卷题目数的5倍多，达到样本最低数据份数，样本有效。通过SPSS对问卷样本进行信度检验，结果如表1显示：压力应对方式量表各维度信度系数 大于0.7，说明压力应对方式量表各维度的信度较好。

2.1 中职学生主要压力事件与控制程度
