摘 要：以习近平立德树人教育思想为指导，将思想政治工作贯穿高校体育教学全过程，深入挖掘高校体育教学中蕴含的丰富的思想政治教育内容，以“课程思政”为目标进行高校体育课程思政教学设计和课堂教学改革，提升高校体育教师思想政治素质，实现教育和教学的有机统一。

Abstract： With Xi Jinping's educational thought of taking high moral values establishment and people cultivation as the instruction， the ideological and political work is carried out throughout the entire process of physical education in colleges； the rich ideological and political education content is explored in college physical education； Taking "ideological and political integration into the curriculum" as the goal， the ideological and political education design is carried out and classroom teaching is reformed in colleges' sports curriculum in order to improve ideological and political qualities of college PE teachers， and realize the organic integration of education and teaching.

习近平总书记在全国高校思想政治工作会议上强调高校思想政治工作关系高校为谁培养人、培养什么样的人、怎样培养人这个根本问题。要坚持把立德树人作为中心环节，把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程，实现全过程育人、全方位育人，努力开创我国高等教育事业发展新局面。他指出，要用好课堂教学这个主渠道，思想政治理论课要坚持在改进中加强，提升思想政治教育亲和力和针对性，满足学生成长发展需求和期待，其他各门课都要守好一段渠、种好责任田，使各类课程与思想政治理论课同向同行，形成协同效应。[1]高校体育教学作为培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义可靠建设者和接班人的一个重要渠道，在教育教学过程中应贯彻落实立德树人教育思想，有效地利用高校体育课堂这一载体，建设体育思政课，丰富体育思政教育形式，提高体育思政教育效果，促进学生德智体美全面发展，为培养政治信仰坚定、思想品德高尚的社会主义可靠建设者和接班人奠定扎实的基础。……
