摘 要：班干部是高校学生工作得以落实的具体组织者和协调者，是与辅导员联系最紧密的队伍。作为辅导员与学生之间的重要纽带和桥梁，班干部的能力和素养是辅导员工作顺利开展的重要保障。高校辅导员要充分认识班干部培养工作的重要意义和所面临的困境，积极寻求对策，将班级建设通过班干部培养落实、落细。文章基于这一思考，提出了一些具体思路和方法，旨在将思想引领、制度约束和管理技巧汇聚成学生行为养成和观念强化的合力，提高高校辅导员班干部培养工作的实效。

Abstract： Class cadres are the concrete organizers and coordinators of college's student work， who are closest to the counselor. As an important link and bridge between counselors and students， the ability and accomplishment of class cadres is an important guarantee for the smooth development of counselors' work. College counselors should fully understand the importance and difficulties of the training of class cadres， seek countermeasures actively， implement class construction through class cadres in detail. Based on the thinking above， this paper puts forward some specific ideas and methods， aims to bring together students' behavior formation and concept enhancement through ideological guidance， institutional restraint and management skills and improve the effectiveness of training class cadres of college counselors.

班級是大学生的基本组织形式，是大学生自我教育、自我管理、自我服务的主要组织载体[1]，亦是高校学生管理的重要环节，班级管理的质量决定了学校的教育教学质量。辅导员作为高校学生管理的组织者、实施者和指导者，如何抓住班干部这一“关键少数”，将班级建设成为学生这一多数群体成长、发展的重要平台是提升工作实效的关键。

一、目前高校班级管理的困境

如今的大学生多为“95后”，并向“00后”发展，他们个性突出、求新求异，且多为独生子女，从小作为家庭的“关怀重点”，养成了以自我为中心的三观，缺乏集体主义观念，很难对班级形成较高的认同感、参与度与归属感。刚从高中的严密管理方式下过渡到相对宽松、自由、选择面多的大学环境，学生学习的自主性、自觉性、自制力较差，较早放松对自己的要求，加重了班级管理的难度。……
