摘要：定岛型海岛纤维是一种由分散相聚合物（岛组分）均匀嵌在连续相聚合物（海组分）中形成的复合纤维，且岛组分数量固定，具有优异的服用性能。本文介绍了定岛型海岛纤维的发展现状、生产工艺以及超纤革的生产及应用，并提出了定岛型海岛纤维和超纤革目前存在的问题，对未来的前景作了展望。

It has excellent wearing performance. This paper introduces the development of figured seaisland fiber， the production process and the production and application of microfiber leather， puts forward the existing problems of figured seaisland and microfiber leather， and prospects the future.

通信作者：陈韶娟，Email：qdchshj@126.com海岛纤维学名“海岛型超细纤维”，也称基质原纤型纤维或超共轭纤维，是一种高附加值、高技术的新型复合纤维。海岛纤维通常分为定岛型海岛纤维和不定岛型海岛纤维。定岛型海岛纤维的岛组分分布均匀，它既可以制作长丝，也可以将长丝切断后得到所需长度的短纤维[1]。定岛型海岛纤维在纵轴上连续且“岛”的纤度均匀，从而可以制得强度高、染色性能和色牢度俱佳的超细纤维合成革（简称超纤革）[2]。因此定岛型海岛纤维随着超纤革的快速发展进入一个高速发展时期。

1定岛型海岛纤维及超纤革的发展

1.1发展背景

海岛纤维最早是在20世纪70年代初由日本东丽公司研制开发的，从此掀起了超细纤维研发的浪潮[3]。起初研发的是不定岛型海岛纤维，但其岛纤维在纵轴上不连续，岛数不固定，岛纤维的细度、长度也不均匀，用此制成的超纤革的染色性能和色牢度都较差。为使海岛纤维在纵轴上连续，长度、细度均匀一致，染色性能、色牢度俱佳，海岛纤维的生产技术更新换代，定岛型海岛纤维应运而生。……
