摘要：为探究结子线的针织物图案效果，利用自主研发的高精度多段数电脑控制器和空心锭花式捻线机，生产平线段和结子段都能根据设计要求变化的结子线，采用纬编针织的方式织造。结果表明：结子线在针织物表面形成图案受幅宽用纱量以及循环纱长影响；循环纱长越接近幅宽用纱量，形成图案越清晰。当循环纱长无限接近幅宽用纱量时，可以通过设计结子线的纺纱工艺，织造出任意设计的针织物图案。

（Xian Polytechnic University， Textile and Material College， Xian 710048， China）Abstract：In order to investigate the knitted fabric pattern effect of knotted yarn， the selfdeveloped highprecision multisection computer controller and hollow spindle fancy twisting machine were used to produce the knotted yarn whose line and flat knot section can be changed according to the design requirements. Then， the yarn was woven by the weft knitting weaving method. It was found that the pattern formed on the surface of knitting fabric was affected by the width of yarn quantity and loop yarn length. The closer the loop yarn length was to the width of yarn quantity， the clearer the pattern was. When the length of the loop yarn was infinitely close to the width of yarn quantity， the knitting pattern of any design can be knitted by designing the spinning process of the knotted yarn.

通信作者：任學勤，Email：578970295@qq.com结子线是花式纱线中比较常见的一种纱线。它的基本组成部分是芯纱、固结纱，可用于服装及各种装饰织物[12]。将图案展现在织物上可以通过多种形式来实现比如提花织造、印染工艺、刺绣、钩编以及3D打印等[35]。直接通过花式纱线的特殊结构来展示织物的设计图案效果是一种创新[68]。

本文主要研究了自固结子线的纺制及其针织物图案的效果。与普通结子线不同的是，它的结子稳定、不滑移，且大小和结距可以根据针织物图案和织物的结构进行设计，经过针织织造的方式将图案呈现在织物表面，形成特定的图案效果。

1自固结子线的纺制

结子线主要在空心锭花式捻线纺纱机上纺制而成[910]。自固型结子线也是利用空心锭花式捻线机纺制而成。结子线的结子分布与纺纱工艺参数之间存在一定的对应关系，本文通过实验的方式探究两者之间的关系。……
