[摘要] 目的 分析窄谱中波紫外线联合他克莫司软膏对白癜风的治疗作用。 方法 方便选取该院白癜风患者一共118例，患者收取时间在2015年1月—2016年2月，将白癜风患者118例随机分为观察组、对照组，观察组59例患者-实施窄谱中波紫外线联合他克莫司软膏治疗，对照组59例患者-实施他克莫司软膏治疗，将两组患者的不良反应发生率、症状消失时间、住院时间、总有效率进行对比。结果 观察组白癜风患者的不良反应发生率5.08%低于对照组患者16.95%（χ2=4.235 9，P<0.05），观察组白癜风患者的症状消失时间（5.27±1.15）d、住院时间（15.29±2.15）d优于对照组患者症状消失时间（8.23±1.25）d、住院时间（20.11±1.45）d（t=13.385 8、t=14.276 7，P<0.05），观察组白癜风患者的总有效率81.36%高于对照组患者59.32%（χ2=6.864 7，P<0.05）。 结论 通过对白癜风患者实施窄谱中波紫外线联合他克莫司软膏治疗，具有显著效果。

Analysis of Effect of Narrow-band Ultraviolet Combined with Tacrolimus Ointment in Treatment of Leucoderma

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of narrow-band ultraviolet combined with tacrolimus ointment in treatment of leucoderma. Methods 118 cases of leucoderma patients in our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were conveniently divided into two groups with 59 cases in each， the observation group were treated with arrow-band ultraviolet combined with tacrolimus ointment， while the control group were treated with tacrolimus ointment， and the incidence rate of adverse reactions， symptoms disappearance time， length of stay and total effective rate between the two groups were compared. Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， （5.08% vs 16.95%），（χ2=4.235 9，P<0.05）， and the disappearance time of symptoms and length of stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group， [（5.27±1.15）d， （15.29±2.15）d vs （8.23±1.25）d， （20.11±1.45）d），（t=13.385 8，14.276 7，P<0.05）， and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group， （81.36% vs 59.32%），（χ2=6.864 7，P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of narrow-band ultraviolet combined with tacrolimus ointment in treatment of leucoderma is obvious.

近些年來，白癜风的发病率不断增加，为获得性色素脱失性皮肤病，如果没有得到及时的治疗，容易导致患者健康受到严重影响，对于该类疾病，实施一项有效的治疗方式十分重要，能改善患者的临床症状，促进患者康复，利于患者预后，医学研究显示，手术治疗、脱色治疗、物理治疗为常见的治疗方式，但是由于多种因素影响，导致治疗效果不佳，现如今，联合治疗在临床中被广泛应用[1]。因此，该院将2015年1月—2016年2月收治的白癜风患者118例作为研究对象，分别实施不同的治疗（联合治疗和单一治疗），见该院各项研究内容中的描述，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

方便选取该院白癜风患者118例，将白癜风患者118例随机分为观察组、对照组。排除标准：①严重系统性疾病、对他克莫司药物过敏者，②2个月内进行局部治疗或者系统治疗患者，③严重精神疾病和认知障碍患者。……
