[摘要] 现阶段，无痛型人工流产这一技术获得了提升，加上青年女性对于避孕与生殖有关常识缺少把握，使得人工流产的概率持续提升，宫腔粘连（IUA）即人工流产相关的远期并发症，其产生的概率也逐步增高。宫腔镜即对IUA施以治疗尤为简便且高效的一类方式，已经变成了妇科内部微创手术尤为关键的构成版块。IUA会引发不孕症。除了宫腔镜之下分开粘连，严重的IUA还没有优良的方式能够防范二次产生IUA。现如今，我国与外国对于IUA相关的调研大多约束在了治疗与诊断内部，而其生成机制与病理改变还不具备有关的调研。影像与宫腔镜一类技术本身的进步，加上IUA相关临床践行的变换，对于IUA相应的诊断、治疗等调研予以了更多的规定。而提升人工流产这一技术、注重相关并发症的防范即防治IUA的重中之重。

Study on Intrauterine Adhesious Caused by the Artificial Abortion

[Abstract] Currently， the painless induced abortion is improved， and the probability of the artificial abortion is continuously improved due to the lack of the contraception and reproduction related common senses of female youths， and the long-term complications of IUA also has the high probability， and the hysteroscope is a simple and effective way in treatment of IUA， which has become the key component in the minimally invasive surgery， and the IUA cant lead to the infertility， and there is no good way to prevent the second IUA， currently， the related studies of IUA are limited into the treatment and diagnosis， and the production mechanism and pathological changes are not equipped with the related studies， and the progress of imaging and hysteroscope and shift of IUA related clinical practice put forwards more regulations for the corresponding diagnosis and treatment of IUA， and improving the artificial abortion and paying attention to the prevention of related complications are the key to prevent the IUA.

人工流產即避孕失效过后的一类关键补救对策，其本身的安全性与对于女性自身生殖健康带来的潜藏威胁逐步被注重。近几年，人流一类技术的逐步推行及运用，使得人流总量逐步增多，据此引发的手术过后IUA产生的概率也逐步升高，特别要尤为注重的即没有生育的青年女性规定施以无痛型人流的总量逐步升高，且经由不标准手术操作与感染引发的人工流产这一手术过后IUA产生的概率也有所增多，变成现阶段尤为关键的问题。IUA叫做Asherman综合征，临床症状即闭经或是月经总量下降、重复流产等，协助检测例如超声检测、探针、MRI等均被运用到对IUA施以诊断，宫腔镜即明确凭据，宫腔镜之下的宫腔粘连分离手术（TCRA）即现阶段对IUA施以治疗的关键方式。……
