[摘要] 目的 分析不同手術室噪声对无痛人流手术麻醉的影响。方法 方便选择2015年11月—2017年11月期间在该院进行人工无痛人流术全麻患者60例，根据不同手术室噪声分贝将其分为3组，甲、乙、丙组均占20例。甲组噪声为30～40 dB，乙组噪声为50～60 dB，丙组噪声为70～80 dB。所有患者均静脉推注芬太尼、丙泊酚麻醉诱导。比较不同时期患者的各指标水平值，并比较两组患者术中、术后情况。结果 甲组的麻醉优良率分别为95.00%，明显高于丙组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.03，P=0.01）；梦境感受难受率为10.00%，明显低于丙组（50.00%），差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.62，P=0.01）；甲组丙泊酚诱导剂量为（105.05±16.53）mg、追加剂量为（27.26±8.34）mg，均明显低于乙组、丙组，差异有统计学意义（t=2.73、3.63、3.00、3.63，P=0.01）。结论 手术室的噪声可对无痛人流手术麻醉效果造成严重影响，噪声越大，影响越大。

Analysis of Effect of Noises in Different Operation Rooms on the Anesthesia of Painless Abortion Surgery

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of of noises in different operation rooms on the anesthesia of painless abortion surgery. Methods 60 cases of patients with artificial painless abortion surgery under the general anesthesia in our hospital from November 2015 to November 2017 were convenient selected and divided into three groups according to the noise decibels in different operation room， with 20 cases in each， respectively 30-40 dB， 50-60 dB and 70-80 dB in the group A， group B and group C， and all patients used the intravenous injection of fentanyl and propofol for induced anesthesia， and levels of various indicators of patients in different periods were compared， and the intraoperative and postoperative situations were compared between the two groups. Results The anesthesia excellent and good rate in the group A was 95.00%， which was obviously higher than that in the group C， and the difference was obvious， with statistical significance（χ2=7.03，P=0.01）， and the affliction rate of dream feeling was obviously lower than that in the group C（10.00% vs 50.00%）， and the difference was obvious， with statistical significance（χ2=7.62， P=0.01）， and the induced dose and boost of propofol in the group A were respectively （105.05±16.53）mg and （27.26±8.34）mg， which were obviously lower than those in the group B and in the group C， and the differences were obvious， with statistical significance（t=2.73，3.63，3.00， 3.63，P=0.01）. Conclusion The effect of noises in different operation rooms on the anesthesia of painless abortion surgery is serious， and the louder the noises， the bigger the effect.

随着人类社会的进步，性观念越来越开放，使得人工流产手术患者越来越多[1]。大部分患者均为未婚的年轻女性，且大多数为第一次经历无痛人流手术者，因此，对人流手术的相关知识和对机体的伤害了解不够，术前极易出现焦虑、恐惧等不良情绪[2]。在无痛人流手术中，手术室噪声可对其麻醉效果造成较大影响[3]。该研究中，主要探究不同手术室噪声对无痛人流手术麻醉效果的影响，旨在为今后临床提供有效依据。特将2015年11月—2017年11月期间该院收治的人工无痛人流术全麻患者60例进行研究，并获得了较为可观的效果，现报道如下。……
