[摘要] 目的 综合分析关节镜手术治疗髋关节疾病的临床治疗效果。方法 随机选取该院在2010年1月—2016年1月收治的100例（130髋）髋关节疾病患者，按照随机数字表法分为实验组（应用关节镜手术治疗方法，50例）和对照组（应用常规手术治疗方法，50例）。采用SPSS 20.0统计学软件进行统计学分析100例髋关节疾病患者随访12个月后的 Harris评分和患者总满意率。结果 对照组患者的平均Harris评分为（80.22±10.22）分，实验组患者的平均Harris评分为（95.32±5.12）分，两组数据比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 关节镜手术治疗髋关节疾病的临床治疗效果下显著，具有创伤小和术后恢复速度快等特点。

Clinical Study on Arthroscopic Surgery in Treatment of Hip Joint Diseases

[Abstract] Objective To comprehensively analyze the effect of arthroscopic surgery in treatment of hip joint diseases. Methods 100 cases（130 hips） of patients with hip joint diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2016 were random selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each， the experimental group were treated with arthroscopic surgery and the control group used the routine therapy， and the 100 cases were statistically analyzed by the SPSS 20.0 statistical software， and the Harris score and total satisfactory rate were compared. Results The average Harris scores in the control group and in the experimental group were respectively （80.22±10.22）points and （95.32±5.12）points， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of arthroscopic surgery in treatment of hip joint diseases is obvious， with small wound and rapid recovery rate after surgery.

在關节镜下，使用配套器械设备加以手术，不会对髋关节的周围组织和周围关节功能等造成负面影响，从而有利于恢复患者的术后功能[1]。随着关节镜在髋关节患者中的广泛应用，其技术条件也在进一步的提高中，再加上人们对髋关节疾病的深入认识，关节镜在髋关节患者的诊断价值也越来越高[2]。该文随机选取该院2010年1月—2016年1月收治的100例（130髋）髋关节疾病患者，综合分析关节镜手术治疗髋关节疾病的临床治疗效果，为治疗髋关节患者提供科学的数据参考，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

随机选取研究对象100例，实验组中有35例男性患者、15例女性患者，年龄在12.33～70.15岁，平均年龄为（41.24±22.36）岁；体重在40.17～63.25 kg，平均体重为（51.71±15.38）kg；创伤 部位：25例左髋、20例右髋、5例双髋；疾病类型：22 例股骨性关节炎，10例非创伤性股骨头坏死，8例髋关节骨性关节炎、6例髋关节游离体 ，3例强脊柱髋关节炎，1例其他。……
