摘 要：近年来，我国农业快速发展，农业在质和量上取得了很大的成就，但依然暴露出了很多问题，如结构失衡、品质不高等。2016年中央一号文件明确提出了农业供给侧改革，明确了“去产能、去库存、去杠杆、降成本、补短板”的任务。而金融作为资源配置的核心，是引导经济主体提高经营效率的关键。农业供给侧改革成功与否，在很大程度上取决于金融的支持力度。文章主要从金融支持的角度，探讨农业供给侧改革的现状、问题以及对策，寻找金融支持农业供给侧改革的切合点，以期对当前的农业供给侧改革有所裨益。

Study on Financia Support under the Reform of Agricultural Supply Side

Abstract： In recent years， China's agriculture has developed rapidly， and agriculture has made great achievements in quality and quantity， but it still exposed many problems， such as structural imbalance and low quality. In 2016， central document clearly put forward the agricultural supply side reforms， clear to capacity to inventory， to leverage， to reduce cost， made a short board task. And finance， as the core of resource allocation， was the key to guide the economic subject to improve the operating efficiency. The success of agricultural supply side reform depended on financial support to a great extent. From the perspective of financial support， this paper discussed the current situation， problems and countermeasures of the supply side reform of agriculture， and sought for the financial support for the supply side reform to provide some benefits for the current agricultural supply side reform.

农业作为第一产业，其发展离不开金融的支持。然而，近年来农业发展中存在的产品品质不高、加工程度不够等问题非常突出[1]。农业生产也面临着农产品价格“天花板”封顶，生产成本“地板”抬升等新挑战，迫切需要进行改革[2]。而作为现代农业三大支撑（生产体系、产业体系、金融体系）的金融体系，必须在农业改革中发挥应有的作用[3]，金融支持农业供给侧改革既是改革的需要，也是金融自身发展的需要；既是政治任务，也蕴藏着无限的商机。金融机构应抓住机遇，为农业供给侧改革提供必要的金融支持[4]。
