[摘要] 目的 观察研究健康教育对糖尿病患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取某社区医院2016年11月—2017年11月期间收治的糖尿病患者80例为临床研究对象，采取调查问卷的方式分为研究组和常规组，研究组和常规组各40例，常规组进行常规治疗，包括体检及用药指导。研究组在对照组常规治疗的基础上，额外进行健康教育。对比观察两组患者接受健康教育前后的生活质量、健康功能、心理精神状况。结果 在进行健康教育后，研究组患者的生活质量等各方面均优于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 健康教育对糖尿病患者的生活质量改善效果良好，值得在临床上大力推广应用。

Research on Effect of Health Education on the Quality of Life of Diabetes Patients

[Abstract] Objective To observe and research the effect of health education on the quality of life of diabetes patients. Methods 80 cases of patients with diabetes admitted and treated in or hospital from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected and divided into two groups according to different questionnaire methods， with 40 cases in each， the routine group used the routine therapy， including the physical examination and medication guidance， while the research group used the health education on the basis of the control group， and the quality of life， health function and mental status before and after health education were compared between the two groups. Results After the health education， the quality of life in the research group was better than that in the routine group， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The effect of health education on the quality of life of diabetes patients is good， which is worth clinical great promotion and application.

糖尿病是一種代谢紊乱综合症，其病理是由包括精神因素、自由基毒素、遗传因素在内的多种致病因子作用引发的机体胰岛功能减退，临床特点主要表现在消瘦、多尿、多食，治疗跨度周期长，如果不及时控制糖尿病病情，会引起包括心脑血管、感染、肾病等诸多疾病的发生。健康教育对促进糖尿病患者适应生活方式的改变、提升生活质量具有非常重要的作用[1]。于2016年11月—2017年11月选取某社区医院收治的糖尿病患者，对其健康教育后生活质量所受影响进行观察分析，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料
