[摘要] 目的 了解社区护理干预在2型老年糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法 筛选2016年1月—2017年11月该院接收的70例2型老年糖尿病患者，依据不同护理方法为标准分组：35例予以常规护理的为对照组，35例予以社区护理干预的为干预组，对比2组护理效果。结果 干预组护理满意率94.29%，比对照组77.14%高（P<0.05）；两组干预后糖代谢各项指标对照，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对2型老年糖尿病患者配合社区护理干预，效果确切。

Application of Community Nursing Intervention in Senile Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To know the application effect of community nursing intervention in senile patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 70 cases of senile patients with type 2 diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 35 cases in each， the control group used the routine nursing， while the intervention group used the community nursing intervention， and the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfactory degree in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group（94.29% vs 77.14%）（P<0.05）， and various glycometabolism indicators of the two groups after intervention were statistically significant different from those in the control group（P<0.05）. 2型糖尿病是临床较常见的糖尿病类型之一，临床表现为胰岛素抵抗，在老年人中发病率较高，且随着国内人口老龄化现象持续加剧，该病发病率也逐年上升，临床对其展开专业治疗时，配合相应的护理干预也显得很关键[1]。因此，对2型老年糖尿病临床上应该提升重视程度，展开积极护理。此次将该院2016年1月—2017年11月接收的70例2型老年糖尿病患者分成2组，分别以常规护理干预、社区护理干预展开护理工作，现报道2组护理情况如下，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

此次研究对象选该院接收的70例2型老年糖尿病患者，依据不同护理方法为标准分组：对照组35例，男女例数比：20∶15例，66～75岁，年龄均值（68.68±3.54）岁；病程介于2.2～6.7年，病程均值（3.7±1.4）年；干预组35例，63～80岁，年龄均值（70.48±3.49）岁；病程介于2.1～7.2年，病程均值（3.9±1.2）年。对2组基础资料展开对比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），均衡可比。

1.2 方法

35例对照组予以常规护理干预；35例干预组予以社区护理干预：（1）社区健康宣教护理干预：①护理人员需为各个患者构建相应的个人健康档案，记录下患者的身高，体重，依据记录情况展开定期随访，通常1次/月；……
