摘  要：现行档案记忆观是以社会记忆（集体记忆）的视角对档案、档案工作的系统认知。但是，在档案记忆观的主要思想内涵中，关于档案的媒介記忆属性以及建构属性描述却更加符合文化记忆的特征。所以本文尝试从文化记忆的视角出发，首先通过分析社会记忆与文化记忆的关系，指出档案记忆观的文化记忆理论基础。并通过分析文化记忆与档案的关系，更好地完善并促进档案记忆理论的发展和深化。

Abstract： the current view of archival memory is the systematic cognition of archival and archival work from the perspective of social memory （collective memory）.However， in the main ideological connotation of archival memory view， the description of media memory attributes and constructional attributes of archives is more in line with the characteristics of cultural memory.So this paper tries to analyze the relationship between social memory and cultural memory from the perspective of cultural memory， and points out the theoretical basis of cultural memory of archival memory view.And through the analysis of the relationship between cultural memory and archives， better improve and promote the development and deepening of archival memory theory.

1  社会记忆与文化记忆的关系

从不同的视角去探析记忆的本质会得到不同的记忆理论研究范式。作为记忆理论的重要组成部分，社会记忆和文化记忆有着密切的关系。但在将具体的记忆理论移植到其他学科研究中时，对二者进行详细的区分有助于更好地实现记忆理论与相关学科的无缝衔接，笔者认为二者关系可以概括为以下三点。

1.1 理论维度。集体记忆的首次提出是在20世纪20年代，哈布瓦赫在《论集体记忆》一书中说：存在一个所谓的集体记忆框架;从而，我们的个体思想将自身置于这些框架内，并汇入到能够进行回忆的记忆中去。[1]集体记忆的提出将记忆的研究从心理学和神经学领域转移到社会学领域，阐释了记忆的集体属性。即不存在纯粹的个人记忆，我们的记忆总是形成于特定的社会框架，所谓的社会框架就是我们身处的维度环境，包括我们的社会交际网和文化政治环境，而且我们只有将自身置于社会框架中才能进行回忆。……
