[Abstract] Forestry is one of the industry in China， has to maintain the ecological balance， adjust the local hydrology， prevent soil and water loss， and so on， as well as the inside of the forest a variety of biological provides a suitable ecological environment. But cultivation technique of forestry in China is still lacking， and because the plant diseases and insect pests， the serious influence the speed the development of forestry in China， therefore， this article will to forestry cultivation and plant diseases and insect pests prevention and control of management measures and other related topics for study and discussion.

[Key words] forestry cultivation technology； pest control； management measures
