【摘要】本文针对新时代化工产业发展的新业态要求，深入分析需求侧的用人单位对化工专业人才能力具体要求，结合高等教育人才培养规律，以及化工产业发展特点，提出符合新经济形态下的化工专业人才能力需求矩阵。将化工本科人才能力需求矩阵解析为三个基本部分：职业道德素养、科学知识修养、专业发展技能。职业道德素养对应传统人才培养体系中的思想品德修养，解决人才培养的方向和三观问题，新增加了针对新工科教育发展需要的工程职业认同感培养；科学知识修养在于构建一个社会专业人才基本的知识体系，包括数学、物理及化学等科学知识，也包括文化、艺术与历史等人文知识；专业发展技能在于培养人才自学与终身学习能力、创新创业能力，提升自我发展造血功能。为能真正培养出适应化工发展新业态的新工科专业技术人才寻找需求侧的能力需求矩阵。

Analysis of chemical talents' ability demand matrix from the perspective of new engineering

【Abstract】This article In - depth analysis of the specific requirements of employers on the demand side on the ability of chemical professionals aims at the new format equirements for the development of chemical industry in the new era，It put forward the ability demand matrix of chemical engineering professionals in line with the new economic pattern with the training law of talents in higher education and the development characteristics of chemical industry. The talent ability demand matrix of chemical engineering undergraduate into three basic parts：professional ethics accomplishment，scientific knowledge accomplishment，professional development skills. Professional ethics accomplishment solves the problem of talent cultivation direction and three outlooks. An engineering professional identity training has been added to meet the needs of the development of new engineering education. Professional development skills lie in cultivating talents self-study and lifelong learning ability，innovation and entrepreneurship ability. In order to cultivate new engineering professionals and technical personnel who adapt to the new format of chemical industry development，the ability demand matrix on the demand side is sought.
