【摘要】 目的 观察柴芍地黄汤对头颈恶性肿瘤患者放射性口干和放疗急副反应的治疗效果。方法 选择58例头颈癌放疗患者随机分为观察组和对照组，其中观察组28例，对照组30例。观察组采用放射治疗，再配合柴芍地黄汤每日1剂口服，连续30天；而对照组采用单纯放射治疗的方法。对比研究两组患者治疗后的放射性口干及急性副反应的反应程度。结果 所有患者均按计划完成治疗，观察组的放射性口干的严重程度明显低于对照组，急性放疗副反应出现的频率和严重度也轻于对照组，在食欲减退方面差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 柴芍地黄汤治疗可减轻头颈肿瘤放疗所致放射性口干、食欲减退等不良反应。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of radix paeoniae alba and radix rehmanniae（BPR） liquid against radiation-induced xerosomia and acute adverse reactions during radiotherapy of head and neck carcinoma.Methods 58 cases of head and neck carcinoma were divided randomly into observation group （n=28） and control group（n=30）.The observation group were given radiotherapy and oral administration of BPR liquid once every day for 30 days.In other hand，the control group were given radiotherapy only.And then，the degrees of the radiation-induced xerosomia and acute adverse reactions after treatment were studied comparatively between the two groups.Results All of the patients completed treatment schedule as planned.The degree of radiation-induced xerosomia in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Meanwhile，acute adverse reactions of the observation group were less frequent，and severity was also relieved than that in the control group.The difference of anorexia was statistically significant between the two groups（P<0.05）.Conclusion BPR liquid can relieve adverse reactions such as radiation-induced xerosomia and anorexia in the radiotherapy of head and neck carcinoma.

放射治療是头颈恶性肿瘤（如鼻咽癌、口腔癌等）治疗的主要手段之一。近30年来，头颈部肿瘤的发病率逐渐增高[1]。头颈部的解剖特点决定了放疗的重要性，60%～80%头颈部肿瘤患者（非手术放疗如鼻咽癌、术前和/或术后放疗如中晚期口腔癌）需接受放疗。在肿瘤放射治疗过程中，受照射的正常组织不可避免地受到损伤。在头颈肿瘤放疗过程中，唾液腺、口腔黏膜等组织常直接暴露于照射野当中，大多数接受头颈部放疗的患者都会出现不同程度的放射性口干、急性口腔黏膜炎等，严重影响患者的生存质量。此外，头颈部放疗还可以引起全身不良反应如食欲减退、白细胞下降等。如何防治头颈部放射治疗所带来的不良反应仍为目前医学界较为棘手的难题。……
