摘 要 基于高职大学生这个群体的特殊性和重要性，笔者将以JSCK的高职大学生创业意愿作为研究的基本点，重新探索影响高职大学生创业意向的环境因素。GEM模型的九个维度并不是都能经得起中国的实证检验。笔者认可段利民老师的实证研究数据，剔除商业环境和专业基础设施维度和有形基础设施维度，笔者本次借用段利民老师的部分研究结论，并加入笔者非常关注的网络体验和日益改变的社会关系这两个维度，组成新的九维度模型，并利用新建的九维度模型探索创业环境对JSCK大学生创业倾向的影响，探析影响高职大学生创业意向的主要环境要素。

The Influence of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Environment on

Vocational Students' Willingness to Start a Business

Abstract Based on the particularity and importance of higher vocational college students， the author will take JSCK Vocational College Students' entrepreneurial willingness as the basic research point， and explore the environmental factors that affect the entrepreneurial intention of higher vocational college students. The nine dimensions of the GEM model are not all able to stand up to China's empirical test. The author recognized Duan Limin teacher empirical research data， excluding the business environment and professional infrastructure and physical infrastructure dimensions， the conclusion part the author of this study by Professor Duan Limin， the two dimensions and adding my personal experience and is very concerned about the network increasingly changing social relations， consisting of nine dimensions of the new model， and use nine the dimension model to explore the influence of entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial tendency of the new JSCK， the influence of environmental factors in Higher Vocational College Students' entrepreneurial intention.

1 研究假設

1.1 建构理论模型

全球创业观察模型（GEM）将创业环境细分为九个大的维度，分别是客观环境方面的国内市场和社会文化，政府方面的政府政策、政府施政方针和政府项目，公共服务的教育培训和金融支持，重点领域的科研转移，以及辅助性的商业环境和专业基础设施和实体基础设施的可得性。笔者非常认可段利民教授对影响中国大学生创业的创业环境调查分析，商业环境和专业基础设施维度和实体基础设施的可得性维度没能通过中国大学生的数据显著性检验，应该予以剔除，只是保留余下7个维度。结合当今社会逐步走进我们生活的网络体验维度和因此改变的社会关系维度，作为对创业环境维度的丰富，笔者希望能以自己新建的模型以JSCK的高职大学生为调查对象，探究阻碍高职大学生创业意愿和创业行为的拦路虎。……
