摘 要 在“实施乡村振兴战略”，打造“美丽乡村”过程中，如何在保护的基础上，有效开发利用现有资源，应城汤池温泉商业街发展进行了很好的探索。文章对应城汤池温泉商业街资源依赖状况进行了分析，在统计调研和半结构式访谈的基础上，总结出了其发展模式，即以民间参与、市场主导、政府指导为机制，“旅游+温泉+康养”为模式，打造全域旅游产业链。

Tourism-style Beautiful Village Commercial Street

——Take Yingcheng Tangchi Hot Spring Commercial Street as an example

Abstract In the process of "enforcing the strategy for rural revitalization" and building "beautiful villages"， how to effectively develop and utilize existing resources on the basis of protection has been well explored in the development of Tangchi Hot Spring Commercial Street in Yingcheng. The article analyzes the resource dependence of the city's Tangchi Hot Spring Commercial Street. Based on statistical research and semi-structured interviews， it summarizes its development model， namely， the mechanism of non-governmental participation， market leadership， and government guidance， and take "Tourism + Hot Spring + rehabilitation" as a model to create a global tourism industry chain.

黨的十九大报告明确要“实施乡村振兴战略”，要按照 “产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”的总要求，①加快推进农业农村现代化，这是新农村建设、美丽乡村建设的升级版。笔者长期从事美丽乡村规划设计工作，在此过程中，按照“促进农村一二三产业融合发展，支持和鼓励农民就业创业，拓宽增收渠道。”②的要求，笔者在做好景观规划工作同时，注意观察和研究美丽乡村商业、服务业等发展。2017年11～12月，笔者在调研孝感市旅游资源，参与孝感市全域旅游规则工作过程中，两次前往应城汤池温泉，采取调查统计和半结构式访谈方式，了解围绕汤池温泉度假区为中心的商业街发展状况，展现商业街发展历程、现状、趋势，总结其路径和模式，为旅游资源开发、乡村旅游规划设计提供参考。
