摘 要 青年教师群体在高职教学队伍当中属于中坚力量，他们的思维模式更加灵活、创造力更强，能够积极适应发展阶段学校及教育部门提出的改革事项与政策方针，促进学校教学成果的显著提升。基于此，本文就高职共青团联系和服务高校青年教师群体的现状与对策进行了分析，具体对策包括拓展为青年教师群体服务的资源、协调学生与青年教师之间的引导工作关系、成立青年教师群体的专项团组织。

Research on the Status and Countermeasures of Youth League Connecting and Serving Youth Teachers' Group in Higher Vocational College

Abstract The group of young teachers belongs to the backbone of higher vocational teaching teams. Their thinking patterns are more flexible and more creative. They can actively adapt to the reform items and policies proposed by schools and education departments at the development stage， and promote the significant improvement of school teaching results. Based on this， this article analyzes the status quo and countermeasures of the Communist Youth League's connection and service of young teachers in higher education institutions. The specific countermeasures include expanding resources for serving young teacher groups， coordinating the guiding working relationship between students and young teachers， and establishing young teachers， groups of special organizations.

0 前言

2014年发布的《学校共青团工作五年规划纲要》当中，对高校青年教师的联系与引导工作提出了新的要求；在《学校共青团2017年工作要点》当中，又重点强调了高校青年教师群体的服务与联系。因此，在高校共青团建设与工作实际当中，应重视对青年教师群体的联系与服务，从而在群团改革的发展势态之下，推动高校共青团组织改革的尽快实现。

1 高职共青团联系和服务高校青年教师群体的现状分析

2016年曾有课题组针对高职共青团联系和服务高校青年教师群体的现状进行过细致调查，调查对象包括南北以及东西地区6个省市内共21所高校中的青年教师，调查形式为问卷调查，包括纸质答卷以及网上答卷；调查方式为随机抽样调查；参与调查的院校即包括重点院校、本科院校，也包括专科院校以及民办高校。最终，回收到451份有效答卷，在有效答卷当中有54.1%为男性青年教师，42.62%为女性青年教师，其年龄在基本在40岁以下。……
