摘 要 职业教育与地方经济是互为一体、不可分离的，两者之间相互促进、相互制约。要发展地方经济应优先发展教育，重点是职业教育的发展。本文主要从巴中职业教育服务地方经济发展的现状、职业教育发展所面临的机遇、加快发展职业教育助力脱贫奔康的方法等几个方面进行阐述，着重从抓实顶层设计统筹职教资源、加强宣传推广、重视高职教育、集团化办学扩大职教规模等四个方面入手，探讨加快发展巴中职业教育助力巴中脱贫奔康的方法。

Study on Accelerating the Development of Vocational Education in

Bazhong to Help Poverty Alleviation

Abstract Vocational education and local economy are mutually integrated and inseparable with the relationship of promoting and restricting each other. Education should be given priority in order to develop local economy， and the emphasis is on the improvement of vocational education. In this paper， the purpose is to explore ways to speed up the development of vocational education in Bazhong city to help local people get out of poverty based on mainly elaborates of several aspects， including development status of local economy in the service of vocational education in Bazhong， the opportunities to the development of vocational education and the ways of accelerating the development of vocational education for getting out of poverty， proceeding with four aspects which are focused on the top-level design to co-ordination the resources of vocational education， Strengthening publicity and promotion， Paying attention to higher vocational education and expanding the size of vocational education of running schools through group.

1 巴中职业教育服务地方经济发展现状

在过去的五年里，巴中市职业教育发展成效显著。一方面，职教体系初步形成。在原有职业院校的基础上先后引资建成了一所高职院校、两所中职院校，并加快建成一所“国家示范校”，基本实现了以公办职业教育为主、民办职业教育为辅，从初等、中等到高等职业教育全覆盖的职教组成体系。另一方面，巴中职业教育服务地方经济建设的能力显著增强。通过各级职业教育机构对各种职业技能的培训，本地区劳动者的综合素质和技能水平有了较大提升。然而，在建设川陕革命老区振兴发展示范区，走出秦巴山区脱贫奔康绿色发展新路子的进程中，巴中职业教育仍面临着诸多困难：一是社会各界对职业教育的重视程度仍然不高，主要是因为在当前形势下，仍然是以高考作为人才培养的重要指标。……
