【摘 要】针对高校奖学金综合评定问题，本文建立了以思想道德、学习情况、创新实践和身心素养为一级评价指标的层次结构模型。采用改进的层次分析法确定各指标权重。实例表明，改进的层次分析法可以公平、科学地评价奖学金综合评定问题，为高校奖学金综合评定的公平性、科学性提供依据。

Study on Evaluating College Students Comprehensive Scholarship

【Abstract】This paper presents an application for evaluating college students comprehensive scholarship via improved analytic hierarchy process.An alternative index system is given：morality skill，student achievement，innovative skill， physical and mental accomplishment.A weight of each index is given with the improved analytic hierarchy process.The example shows that the college comprehensive scholarship can be evaluated scientifically and reasonably，which can provide both theoretical and scientific basis for evaluating college comprehensive scholarship.

0 引言

高等学校设立奖学金制度是为了鼓励学生刻苦学习，促进大学生全方面、多维度發展。我国也建立了含国家奖学金在内的多种形式并存的高校学生资质体系。如何设立科学合理的奖学金评价指标，并对各指标赋予合适的权重会直接影响奖学金评定的公平公正。早期的奖学金评定只以学生成绩为唯一指标，之后逐渐转变为德、智、体全面考核的综合评价指标体系[1]。随着社会的发展，众多学者提出了将创新能力、志愿服务、拓展素质等因素纳入高校奖学金评价指标体系。此外，在奖学金评定的过程中愈加强调运用数学理论[2-5]及计算机技术[6]以促进奖学金评定的科学性。

层次分析法[7]（Analytical Hierarchy Process，AHP）是20世纪70年代初美国运筹学家、匹兹堡大学教授T.L.Satty提出的一种定性分析与定量分析相结合的多准则决策的系统分析方法。由于该方法具有良好的特点，并且该方法的数据输入非常容易得到，因此该方法被众多学者及生产实践人员所关注。……
