【摘 要】在高职英语课程教学中实施“文化育人”对培养新时代全面发展的优秀人才意义重大，但在实践中存在着诸多问题。从加强英语文化导入、注重母语文化熏陶、深化校企文化融合、创新文化考核机制四个方面，提出在高职英语课程教学中强化“文化育人”功能的策略。

Study on the Strategy of “Cultural Education” in English Teaching in Higher Vocational Education

【Abstract】The implementation of “cultural education” in English teaching in higher vocational colleges is of great significance for training outstanding talents in all-round development. However， there are many problems in practice. From the four aspects of strengthening the introduction of English culture， focusing on the mother tongue culture， deepening the integration of school-enterprise culture， and innovating the cultural assessment mechanism， the strategy of strengthening the “culture and educating people” function in English teaching in higher vocational education is proposed.

【Key words】Higher vocational English； Cultural education随着我国经济发展进入转型期，对高职院校培养的人才质量提出了更高的要求。单纯的职业能力的培养不能塑造出具有持久竞争力和创新能力的、适应新形式发展的优秀人才。习近平总书记在十九大报告中指出，我国的教育事业“要全面贯彻党的教育方针，落实立德树人的根本任务，发展素质教育”，“培养德智体美全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人”。为实现这一目标，高职院校需要在人才培养中充分重视发挥“文化育人”的功能。

作为英语语言学习中最本质元素的文化学习会对学习者产生根本性、深层次的影响。高职英语教学如何通过知识的传授、技能的孵化，将人类优秀文化成果内化成学习者个人的基本品质、对工作和生活的基本态度[1]，是一个意义重大、影响深远的课题。

1 “文化育人”在高职英语教学中的困境及原因

1.1 英语学习宗旨错位

根据教育部颁发的《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求》，高职英语教学的根本目的在于通过培养学生“听、说、读、写、译”等语言应用能力，最终为提高英语交际能力，形成职业综合能力打下基础。……
