【摘 要】导师制有助于对学生进行因材施教，提高学生的教育质量。本文就在独立院校本科生中实行导师制，且是校内导师和校外导师的双导师制，对双导师制实施的意义及双导师队伍的建设进行了探索。

The implementation and significance of the double-tutor system for undergraduates in independent colleges

【Abstract】The tutorial system helps students to teach students in accordance with their aptitude and improve the quality of their education. In this paper， the tutorial system is implemented among undergraduates in independent colleges， and it is a dual-tutor system for the tutors and external tutors. It explores the significance of the implementation of the dual tutor system and the construction of dual tutor teams.

獨立学院作为培养高等教育人才的重要生力军，以“人才培养”为中心，狠抓教学与人才培养质量，既是响应国家“十三五”规划提出的“积极推进教育现代化与人才强国、人力资源强国建设研究，实施人才优先发展战略”的要求，同时也是提高学院办学影响力、促进学院可持续发展的根本动力[1]。本科生导师制的实施能够针对不同学生做到因材施教，提高学生的教育质量，而校内和校外双导师的指导更有助于学生适应社会需求，顺利就业。

1 双导师的相关概念

1.1 双导师的含义界定

导师制的概念最早由英国的温切斯特主教威廉·威克姆提出并在牛津大学实行，继而在哈佛大学、普林斯顿大学等得到应用。早在1938年，时任浙江大学校长的竺可桢先生在大学倡导推行了导师制，但这一制度在研究生教育中应用较多，在本科生教育中应用较少。进入新世纪之后，浙江大学、北京大学等一些国内知名大学再次尝试导师制，引领了本科生导师制的研究热潮。

在我国，本科生导师制尚未上升到高等教育制度层面，因此对其也没有统一的界定和定义，各高校采用的形式也千差万别。……
