【摘 要】影响失独家庭幸福感的主要因素包括：失独家庭参加文娱活动情况、失独家庭经济状况以及希望政府采取的措施， 其中政府采取的措施为可控因素. 本文采用改进的PARETO模型， 运用贝尔曼原理进行求解， 从而得到政府采取措施的定量数据。

Research on the Sense of Happiness of Family Members Who Left Sole Families Based on PARETO Model

【Abstract】There are several important factors that affect the happiness of the family with the loss of independence， including the family members participation in recreational activities， the economic situation of the families and the measures that the government hopes will be taken， where the measures taken by the government are controllable factors. In this paper， we first establish the improved PARETO model and then get the quantitative measures of the measures taken by the government by using the Bellmans principle.

0 引言

近年来， 随着失独家庭的增加， 政府对于失独家庭的社会救助责任将会越来越重要. 因此， 从定量的角度来研究政府对失独家庭所需要采取的具体措施有着重要的理论意义与应用价值.大量学者针对政府对失独家庭采取的措施进行了深入研究[1-7]， 例如我国学者王丽君指出需加强经济救济， 逐步提高失独老人的救助扶助标准[1]；李三梅指出要完善失独家庭的制度保障， 重視失独家庭老年人心理和精神关照等方面以及应关注失独家庭养老对策的构建与完善[2]；马瑄针对失独老人的经济状况、精神慰藉状况、社会关注情况等问题进行分析， 从政府、社会、社区等方面提出相应对策[3]；本文作者在文[4]中研究了影响失独家庭幸福感的几大重要因素分别为： 失独家庭参加文娱活动， 失独家庭经济状况以及希望政府采取的措施， 其中失独家庭希望政府采取的措施是可以做出相应的改变和调整的。

注意到上述文献大多采取的是定性分析. 而本文则从失独家庭幸福感这一视角出发……
