摘要：传统高校食堂在互联网浪潮的冲击下弊端日益凸显，主要体现在管理模式落后、信息反馈不及时等。与之相比，市场上的外卖平台便捷性与问题并存，问题包括相对高昂的食品价格和安全隐患等。基于餐饮现状分析、外卖行业分析及需求调研，构建一种创新的基于互联网的高校食堂运营模式是有必要的，作为一种可能模式，该平台可基于安卓系统，通过整合实用功能，搭建学生与高校后勤部门之间的桥梁，并创新引入学生间互助校内外卖，形成高校餐饮新潮流。

The Construction of Online University Canteen and Analysis on the Feasibility of Intramural Takeout

Abstract： Under the impact of the Internet， the drawbacks of the traditional university canteen are becoming increasingly prominent， which are mainly because of the out-dated mode of management and the delayed information feedback. Compared with the university canteen， convenience and problems coexist in the takeaway platforms in the commercial market. Problems include the relatively high price of food and some hidden dangers. Based on the current situation of students‘ catering， the analysis of the takeaway industry and demand survey， it is necessary to build an innovative Internet-based mode for university canteen operation. As a possible model， the platform can be based on the Android system. The new online canteen can build a bridge between students and the University Logistics Department through the integration of practical functions. With the introduction of students mutual help of food delivery， a new trend of university catering will be formed.

1 背景

隨着互联网在商业中的广泛应用，各类外卖平台横空出世，处在不断波动发展的进程中，人们的就餐选择不再受到地域限制，高校学生的餐饮现状与过去相比发生了巨大改变。由于高校食堂传统的营运方式存在着诸多问题，在时代新浪潮下逐渐处于落后态势，便捷的外卖为其带来了很大的冲击。然而高校食堂作为校内后勤的重要成员，其稳定发展一定程度上能够保证在校师生的餐饮安全问题，也是校园文化的重要组成部分，是不可缺少的。种种现状表明，传统高校食堂必须转变发展方式，增强创新设计[1]，才能更好地提升科学化、信息化管理水平，适应时代新潮流。

2 现状分析

2.1高校学生餐饮现状

在互联网飞速发展的形势下，高校食堂存在着体制落后，信息发布渠道单一，设备陈旧，服务质量不高，意见反馈不及时等问题，学生对于食堂信任度逐渐降低。……
