摘要：通过对河南烟叶4个主产区（许昌市、漯河市、商丘市、平顶山市）9个县区内的380个样品（C3F、B2F各190个）作了各项物理特性指标的测定，并进行统计分析，以确定河南主产区烟叶在物理特性上存在的差异和相似性。结果表明，不同烟区的烟叶物理特性存在不同程度的差异，河南主产区烟叶厚度和叶面密度总体偏高，含梗率适中，抗张力适宜，许昌市和漯河市的烟叶填充值较为适宜，平顶山市和商丘市的烟叶填充值较高，许昌市、漯河市、商丘市3个烟区之间烟叶的含水率较为接近。

Analysis of the Physical Characteristics of Tobacco Leaves in the Main Producing Areas of Henan Province

Abstract： The physical characteristics of 380 samples（C3F，B2F 190，respectively） in nine counties of Henan tobacco leaf（four main producing areas of Xuchang city，Luohe city，Shangqiu city and Pingdingshan city） were measured. Statistical analysis was conducted to determine the differences and similarities in the physical properties of tobacco leaves in the main producing areas of Henan. The results showed that the physical characteristics of tobacco leaves in different tobacco areas were different，and the leaf thickness and leaf density of the main producing areas in Henan were higher than those in the main areas. The filling value of Xuchang and Luohe was suitable，Pingdingshan and Shangqiu tobacco filling value is higher，Xuchang，Luohe，Shangqiu tobacco between the three tobacco areas are relatively close.

河南省是典型浓香型风格烤烟种植区域，所产烟叶多为橘黄色，油分充足，叶片结构疏松，配伍性强，在卷烟生产中有着不可替代的地位[1，2]。烟叶的物理特性是衡量烟叶品质的一项重要指标，具体包含叶片厚度、叶片密度、含梗率、抗张强度、平衡含水量以及填充值等[3]。烟叶的物理特性直接影响卷烟制造过程，产品风格、成本及其他经济因素，与烟叶的类型、等级、品种以及加工和贮藏工艺密切相关[4]。近年来，烟叶的物理特性一直是研究热点[3，5-8]。鑒于烤烟的物理特性对烟叶内在品质的影响较大，进而影响工业可用性，本研究对许昌市、漯河市、商丘市以及平顶山市共计380个样品（C3F、B2F各190个）作了各项物理特性指标的测定，并进行统计分析，以确定河南主产区烟叶在物理特性上存在的差异和相似性，旨在提高浓香型特色烟叶的供应能力和整体质量水平，为优质烟叶原料的生产和利用提供依据。……
