[摘 要]当前，我国面临经济转型、经济下行以及人民币汇率波动频繁的压力，如何保持对外直接投资持续、高效地增长，是当前关注的焦点。纵观全球发达国家对外直接投资的发展历程以及发展背景的演变，可以发现中日两国在对外直接投资领域迅速发展，同时我国与日本在20世纪80年代的大规模扩张阶段以及90年代的调整阶段的经济环境较相似。从日本的对外直接投资背景入手，分析其对外直接投资的特点和出现的问题，为我国的对外直接投资发展提供借鉴。

Abstract： At present， China is facing economic transition， economic downturn and frequent fluctuations in the RMB exchange rate. How to maintain the continuous and efficient growth of foreign direct investment is the focus of current attention. Throughout the development of global foreign direct investment （FDI） in developed countries as well as the evolution of the development background， can be found between the two countries is developing rapidly in the field of foreign direct investment， at the same time， our country and the large-scale expansion phase of Japan in the 80 s and 90 s of the adjustment phase of the economic environment is similar. Based on the analysis of FAI in Japan， this paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of its foreign direct investment， and provides reference for the development of Chinas foreign direct investment.

2010年中国逐步推进“走出去”战略，鼓励国内具备雄厚实力的企业走出国门参与全球经济合作与竞争，发展高质量的开放型经济。2016年中国对外直接投资存量突破2000万亿美元，存量和流量都大幅度增长。一方面加速中国经济的转型，另一方面由于国际市场的不确定性，国际金融经济危机的发生，无论是对微观企业的发展还是宏观经济的规划带来许多风险。经济发展的周期性一方面可以从他国借鉴经验，另一方面通过一系列经贸投资战略，如“一带一路”等全局的战略完善我国对外直接投资的区域布局和产业布局。

一、中日对外直接投资的特征分析

中国与日本对外直接投资的统计制度以及统计口径存在较大差异，因此在对比两国的对外直接投资特点时候，对两国的对外直接投资解释进行明确的诠释。……
