摘要： 随着高校就业形势日趋严峻，高校财会专业就业形势也越来越紧张，出现高层次人才短缺，低层次人才饱和的结构性矛盾。以普通高校H校为例，分析近三年财会专业就业形势和去向特征，分析原因，拟从加强与就业单位联系，实现就业指导由“点式”向“链式”创新，创新人才培养方案，转变就业观念，提升综合素质等方面提高就业能力。

Abstract： With the increasingly severe employment situation in colleges and universities， the employment situation of finance and accounting major in colleges and universities is also becoming more and more tense. There is a structural conflict of high-level talent shortage and low-level talent saturation. Taking H University for example， this paper analyzes the employment situation and destination characteristics of finance and accounting major nearly three years and the reasons，intends to improve employability through strengthening the ties with the employment units， achieving the innovation of career guidance from "point" to "chain"， innovating training program， shifting employment concepts and improving overall quality and other aspects.

0 引言

大学生就业是高校工作的重要组成部分，随着逐年递增的大学毕业生人数，就业问题也越来越严峻，成为关系社会稳定的重要指向灯。政府、社会、学校和家庭都承担了很大的压力。就学生专业而言，不同高校不同专业的就业形势又有很大差距，财会类专业就业形势随着市场发展也出现了结构性矛盾，从热门专业逐渐出现了就业紧张的情形，除了人才市场供给与需求的因素，学校，学生等方面也可以找到一些原因。

1 财会类专业学生就业现状分析

本文以安徽省普通高校H校为例，根据财会类专业近三年就业数据和特征，分析影响就业的因素。安徽省有超过16所高校开设会计学专业，超过30个高校开设财务管理专业，每年有近10000名财会类专业的毕业生投入社会竞争。放眼到全国，就业形势依然非常严峻。H校会计学专业2014年起每年招生200人左右，财务管理专业2012年开始招生，每年150-200人左右。从初次就业率来看，两个专业的就业情况如表1所示。……
