摘  要：自高等教育深化改革以来，国内书院制教育模式逐渐兴起，部分高校也开始推行新的人才培养模式，由传统的院系式人才培养转向书院制模式。文章通过分析当前推行书院制教育模式的必要性，并探讨了书院制模式下创新型人才培养的着力点和成功案例，以期对创新型人才培养模式形成有益补充。

Abstract： With the continuous reform of higher education， the academy system has emerged in domestic universities. Some universities begin to implement new models of talent cultivation from traditional departmental talent training model to academy system model. The article analyzes the necessity of the current implementation of the academic system education model， and discusses the focus and success cases of innovative talent training under the academy system model， aiming to complement the innovative talent training model.

增强当代大学生的创新意识，提高其专业水平和创新能力，是继承我国科技创新成果的重要条件，也是提高我国先进生产力的有效途径。具备创新精神和创新能力的人才，即称为创新型人才，一般具有开放、好奇、灵活的个性特征。从国家进步以及社会发展角度来看，创新型人才的培养对创新型国家建设有着积极的推动作用;从人才自身角度来看，创新能力的培养有助于自身综合素质的全面提升。然而，目前我国创新型人才培养质量并不尽如人意，因此从理论上探索创新能力影响因素，从实践中寻找创新能力提升途径，对提高创新型人才质量至关重要。根据现有研究，国内外学者已经对创新型人才培养的影响因素（教育体制、人才培养理念、校园环境等）做了比较深入的探讨。本文尝试从人才培养模式的视角，探讨“书院制人才培养模式”对创新型人才培养的重要作用。
