摘 要：实践教学是高校教学体系的重要组成部分，应用型人才培养的关键教学环节是要充分注重实践应用能力的培养，实践教学模式的有益探索和实践教学体系的科学优化构建，是切实保障实践应用能力，实现全面培养的主要实施途径。该文以集宁师范学院为例，全面论述了优化构建实践教学体系的重要意义，客观分析了现行实践课程体系运行中所存在的问题，深入探讨面向应用型、创新型人才培养模式的实践教学体系的构建、实践教学实施措施，以期为我国地方本科院校人文地理与城乡规划专业应用型人才培养模式的深度教学改革和专业建设发展，提供理论参考与实践借鉴。

Abstract：Practice teaching is an important part of the teaching system，the key link of teaching of applied talents is to fully pay attention to the cultivation of practical ability，the scientific construction of optimum beneficial exploration and practice of practical teaching system and teaching mode，is to guarantee the practical ability to achieve the main implementation of comprehensive training approach.Taking Jining Normal College as an example，discusses the optimization of the important significance of constructing the practical teaching system，the objective analysis of the operation of the existing problems in the current curriculum system，discusses the application oriented type，practice teaching system construction model of the cultivation of innovative talents，measures for the implementation of the teaching practice，in order to depth the teaching reform of training model of China's local colleges human geography and application of urban and rural planning professionals，to provide theoretical reference and practical learning and professional development.

新型快速城镇化发展的社会经济背景下，面向地方社会经济发展和城乡建设服务的专业人才需求日益凸显，人文地理与城乡规划专业融合了传统地理与规划学学科的优势，体现为人地关系研究方法论在城乡规划中的实践应用，立足于坚实的理论基础，依托于先进的技术平台，为地理学向应用理论和工程领域的发展提供了新的发展机遇[1]。地方本科院校逐步面向应用技术型方向转型发展，是目前高等教育发展的必然选择与办学方向，要实现地方本科院校的顺利转型与继续发展，人才培养中应用实践能力的培养是其专业办学的核心教学环节。……
