摘 要：文献计量学是用数学和统计学的方法，定量地分析一切知识载体的交叉科学[1-2]。由于论文发表后，一般在2～3年达到其被引高峰值。因此，本文以2012年科技论文为样本，对2012年国内科技论文机构分布、学科分布、合著情况、基金论文、被引情况等展开分析，为相关部门科学配置人才、投放基金、组织项目和管理成果等提供决策参考。

Statistical Analysis of Domestic Scientific and Technological Papers in Henan Province

Abstract： Bibliometrics is a interdisciplinary science， quantitatively analyzing all the knowledge carriers by means of mathematics and statistics[1-2]. After the publication of the paper， it usually reaches its peak citation value in 2 ～ 3 years. This paper analyzed the agency distribution， discipline distribution， co-authorship， funds papers and citation situation of domestic scientific and technological paper in 2012， with the scientific and technological papers in 2012 as samples. It provided decision-making reference for relevant departments to scientifically deploy talents， put funds， organize projects and manage results.

1 河南省國内科技论文总体情况

2012年，河南省国内科技论文产出量为19 568篇，相比2011年的21 119篇下降1 551篇，在全国排名也由2011年的第10位下降到第11位；相比2010年的20 436篇下降了868篇，见表1。

从表1可以看出，2010—2012年3年间，河南省国内科技论文呈现负增长趋势。

2 河南省国内科技论文机构分布情况

根据CSTPCD收录的数据，2012年河南省国内科技论文19 568篇，其中，高校12 370篇，研究机构1 347篇，医疗机构3 449篇，企业1 646篇，其他756篇。高校是绝对的产出主力军，研究机构产出能力太低。从全国范围看，高校也都是论文产出主力军，数量远远高于其他机构。科研机构中，科技资源丰富的北京表现最好，17 872篇，其他省市均在4 000篇以下，差别悬殊，见图1。

3 河南省国内科技论文学科分布情况

2012年，CSTPCD收录全国国内科技论文学科发文排名前十的分别是：临床医学141 222篇，电子、通信与自动控制27 875篇，计算技术27 026篇，中医学24 942篇，农学21 837篇，基础医学17 391篇，预防医学与卫生学17 273篇，土木建筑14 312篇，化工13 820篇，药物学13 377篇。河南省国内科技论文学科发文排名前十……
