摘 要：众创空间作为顺应新一轮科技革命新趋势、有效满足网络时代大众创新创业需求的新型创业服务平台，逐渐渗透到社会经济的方方面面。尤其是通过与实体经济的紧密结合，已经成为新常态下经济发展新引擎。本文通过梳理众创空间服务实体经济的现状及存在的主要瓶颈，提出进一步推动众创空间服务实体经济的相关建议。

Research on the Status Quo and Countermeasures of Maker Space Serving for Real Economy

——An Example of Shanghai's Maker Space

Abstract： As a new entrepreneurship service platform to meet the new trend of new scientific and technological revolution and to meet the needs of innovation and entrepreneurship in the network era， the maker spaces have gradually permeated all aspects of the society and economy. Especially by combining closely with the real economy， it has become a new engine of economic development under the new normal. By combing the current situation and the main bottleneck of maker space serving for the real economy， this paper put forward some suggestions to further promote the maker space to serve for the real economy.

1 概念界定

1.1 眾创空间概念

众创空间的概念首次被国内正式提到是在2015年国务院总理李克强主持召开的国务院常务会议上。在随后国务院办公厅印发的《关于发展众创空间推进大众创新创业的指导意见》中，明确提出“到2020年，形成一批有效满足大众创新创业需求、具有较强专业化服务能力的众创空间等新型创业服务平台”。众创空间是顺应新一轮科技革命和产业变革新趋势、有效满足网络时代大众创新创业需求的新型创业服务平台。众创空间作为针对早期创业的重要服务载体，为创业者提供低成本的工作空间、网络空间、社交空间和资源共享空间，与科技企业孵化器、加速器、产业园区等共同组成创业孵化链条。众创空间的主要功能是通过创新与创业相结合、线上与线下相结合、孵化与投资相结合，以专业化服务推动创业者应用新技术、开发新产品、开拓新市场、培育新业态。
