【摘 要】高校名人档案的收集利用可以展现高校辉煌的历史成就，可以激励在校大学生努力奋进、刻苦学习；做好高校的名人档案工作，可以拓宽高校档案的业务领域，是高校档案工作者义不容辞的责任，也是高校校园文化建设蓬勃开展的强大助力。做好高校名人档案工作，对高校校园文化建设的作用比较大，在高校档案建设过程中，从客观高校档案客观、真实的记录了高校发展的历史进程，这是为高校的快速进步打下坚实的基础，同时也是为高校发展提供可以参考的依据内容。高校管理工作是高校各项工作不可缺少的主要工作之一，这是衡量高校在教研、教学、管理等工作水平上的标准之一。

【Abstract】The collection and utilization of celebrities in Colleges and universities can show the brilliant historical achievements of universities and colleges. It can encourage college students to work hard and study hard. The work field of college archives can be widened. It is an unshirkable responsibility for college archivists and also a powerful support for the construction of campus culture in Colleges and universities. In the process of college archives construction， the historical process of university development is recorded objectively and truthful in the process of college archives construction， which lays a solid foundation for the rapid progress of colleges and universities， and also provides a reference for the development of colleges and universities.The management of colleges and universities is one of the most important work in various work in Colleges and universities.It is one of the standards to measure the level of teaching and research，teaching and management in Colleges and universities.

高校檔案建设主要基于教学、党政管理、科研理论基础上进行的活动，从某种客观角度分析，具有一定真实性，为高校建设打下坚实基础，并且展现了学校全部历程和精神风风貌，同时展现了高校文化遗产的组成部分。具有一定的凭证性、考察性等一系列特征，蕴含了高校自然传统文化精神，高校档案不仅是高校校史文化的具体表现，也是高校大学校园文化的重要组成部分。高校的发展必然培养出一批批杰出的各行各业代表人物，他们或是行业的佼佼者，或是道德的模范楷模，宣扬他们的事迹，不仅可以在社会上树立正面的形象，激励广大青年以此为榜样，更能在高校传播正能量，突出高校教书育人的职能。……
