摘 要 本文主要研究衡阳在“互联网+服务产业”的大势下，家装监理如何合理、快速的发展，构建方便高效的“保龄球瓶式”数学模型与“六闭环”服务模式。通过调取三大数据库的研究成果和互联网文献资料，选取了18个出现频次较高的关键词，并在此基础上构建的“互联网+家装监理”服务模型及模式体系，充分考虑各种影响因素，最大限度地保障业主的合理、合法的需求，是一次家装监理的创新。

Abstract This paper mainly studies how Hengyang can reasonably and rapidly develop the "home improvement supervision" under the general trend of "internet + service industry" and build a convenient and efficient "bowling bottle" mathematical model and "six closed-loop" service mode. By retrieving the research results of the three major databases and the Internet literature， 18 high-frequency keywords were selected and based on which the service model and mode system of "Internet plus home improvement supervision" was selected and various influences were taken into full consideration factors， to maximize the protection of the owners of legitimate and legitimate needs， is a home improvement supervision.

0 前言

2016年1月份到12月份，衡阳市中心城区（雁峰区、石鼓区、珠晖区、蒸湘区）累计批准预售商品房355.23万m2，单月29.6万m2； 2017年1月份到9月份，累计批准预售商品房213.84万m2，单月23.7万m2，批准量虽然略有下滑，但是总量依旧很大。除了一部分是房地产投资外，相当一部分都是刚需，因此衡阳装饰行业潜在客户巨大。随着“互联网+”的快速发展，构建合理的“互联网+家装監理”产业服务就非常有必要了。

1 指标因子

我们将“家装监理”作为关键词导入中国知网和万方进行检索，检索结果见表1所示。

三大数据库系统共找到70篇相关文献，我们合并内容相同的文献，并进行数据库关键词检索，按照出现的频次统计（见表2）。

2 构建结构模型

经过统计，我们共确定了三大环境、6大层面、18个研究关键词。其中行业外部占3个层面，3个关键词；内外结合部占1个层面、1个关键词；行业内部占2个层面、12个关键词。因此我们可以构建出“保龄球瓶式”的结构模型，如图1所示。……
