摘 要 随着物质生活的丰富，人们对于住宅更多的是追求其功能性和高效便捷性。为了满足人们的需要，智能化住宅小区逐渐走入人们的视线，它提供给人们以更好的生活保障与品质。首先介绍了智能化住宅小区的发展现状，然后对住宅小区的智能化系统组成进行设计。针对人们的需要，其智能化系统主要涉及到安全监防系统、网络建设、智能电网设计、汽车充电桩设计以及绿色化设计五个方面。最后指出智能化住宅小区的是未来住宅小区发展的趋势。

Intelligent Design of New Residential Quarter

Abstract With the rich material life， people are more for the pursuit of residential functionality and efficient and convenient. In order to meet the needs of people， intelligent residential community gradually into people's attention， it provides people with a better life guarantee and quality. First introduced the development of intelligent residential quarters， and then designed the intelligent system of residential quarters. In response to the needs of people， its intelligent system mainly involves five aspects： security monitoring system， network construction， smart grid design， car charging pile design and green design. Finally， the author pointed out that the intelligent residential district is the future development trend of residential quarters.

0 引言

自进入二十一世纪以来，我国社会与经济都在高速的发展中，人们的生活水平显著提高，逐渐从追求温饱开始转向追求生活品质。衣食住行，住宅最能给人们以舒适健康的体验，因此对于住宅人们不再只是追求更大的建筑面积或者更好的交通环境等硬性条件上，而是追求智能化、数字化、人性化等软服务方面，以便提升自我的生活方式和生活品质，并且要求有较高的舒适程度与便捷性等。[1]

住宅小区的智能化是利用高速通讯、信息网络、智能控制、新能源等新技术来建设整个小区，将智能化的设计理念全面融入到小区的各方面建设当中。将所有的系统糅合起来统一管理，从而实现资源的共享，给居民以舒适便捷、节能环保、安全和谐的居住环境。
