摘 要 京津冀协同发展战略是一个重要的国家战略，职业教育的发展与经济发展紧密，是京津冀协同发展的一个重要组成部分。本文以京津冀协同发展为视角，分析了天津市高等职业教育发展现状以及京津冀协同发展对其产生的影响，并就促进天津市高等院校教育的发展提出相应的对策建议。

The Development Strategy of Higher Vocational Education in Tianjin under the Background of Coordination between Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei

Abstract The coordinated development strategy of Beijing Tianjin Hebei is an important national strategy. The development of vocational education is closely related to the economic development. It is an important part of the coordinated development of Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei. Based on the coordinated development of Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei， this paper analyzes the development of Higher Vocational Education in Tianjin and the impact of coordinated development of Beijing， Tianjin and Hebei， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of higher education in Tianjin.

2015年4月30日中共中央政治局召開会议，审议通过了《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》，京津冀协同发展战略已成为一项重大的国家战略。经济的发展离不开高素质的人才，高等职业教育的发展成为制约和影响区域经济、文化、科技发展的关键因素。京津冀协同大背景下，对于天津市高等职业教育院校来说既是机遇也是挑战，如果能借助京津冀协同发展的政策力量与区位优势，围绕天津市城市功能定位和区域发展规划，优化专业设置和产业结构的匹配度，结合当前一些新观点、新思维、新趋势，对当前天津高职教育发展出现的问题做出一个长期有效的发展策略并加以实施，将能够实现天津市高职院校发展史上的一次重要的转型升级，为城市的持续发展做出重要的贡献。[1]

1 天津市高等职业教育发展现状

天津是我国高等职业教育起步较早的城市之一，职业教育在天津有很长的发展历史。国家相关领导对天津的职业教育非常重视并在天津规划并建立了我国唯一的国家级职业教育改革创新示范园区——海河教育园区，这为天津高等职业教育的发展注入了新的机遇和活力。……
