【摘要】随着全球化进程的加快，英语越来越重要，尤其是英语口语交流尤显重要。而英语口语交流的先决条件是要能听懂老外说的话。所以英语教学中，听力最为重要。本文结合自己的教学经验，谈几点提高高职学生英语听力的培养技能： 一、创设英语听力氛围提升听力技能；二、多举措强化课堂内听力训练：坚持用英语讲课，坚持听单元简单会话、坚持边听边写，坚持听单元听力磁带，坚持会话训练，坚持用同义词来代替单元中出现的新词；三、多途径加强课堂外听力技能提升：举办英语朗诵会、演讲会、故事会等，鼓励学生阅读浅显易懂的课外英语读物，坚持英语听写测试。

【Abstract】With the acceleration of globalization，English is becoming more and more important，especially oral English communication.The prerequisite for spoken English is to be able to understand what a foreigner is saying.Therefore，listening is the most important part in English teaching.Based on the teaching experience，this paper discusses several training skills to improve the English listening comprehension for higher vocational students：1.Create an English atmosphere.2，Classroom Teaching in English，insistent having class in English，insistent on listening to the units dialogues，and writing out them according to what they heard，insistent practicing conversations，and adhere to replace the new words with synonyms.3.Hold English recitations and toastmasters outside the classroom，encourage students to read after class and insist on listening tests； adhere to have a dictation according what they heard.

引言

英语的重要性不言而喻。English can help us communicate with people around the world and can shorter the distance of people around the world.英语是当今世界上主要的国际通用语言。从全世界来看，说英语的人数已经超过了任何语言的人数，10多个国家以英语为母语，45个国家的官方语言是英语，世界三分之一的人口（二十幾亿）讲英语。全世界75%的电视节目是英语，四分之三的邮件是用英语书写，国际会议的工作语言用英语，英语也是联合国的正式工作语言。

那么，要用英语交流，最重要的是能相互会话，但我国高职英语教学的现状是：大中专学生能基本读懂文件内容，能做阅读理解题，在会话交流中，也能基本表达自己的意思，但却听不懂外国人说的话，听力训练是高职学生英语学习中最薄弱的环节，听力成为中外会话交流中最大的障碍。……
