【摘 要】目的：探讨胆结石手术护理中个体化护理的应用效果。方法：选取86例于2017年2月至2017年10月在我院行手术治疗的胆结石患者随机分为对照组及观察组，分别行常规护理及常规+个体化护理，比较两组护理效果。结果：两组患者护理前SAS及SDS评分比较无明显差异（P>0.05），观察组护理后SAS及SDS评分较对照组明显更低，组间比较存在显著差异（P<0.05）；观察组患者护理满意率为97.67%，较对照组的83.72%明显更高，组间比较存在显著差异（P<0.05）。结论：对胆结石手术患者行个体化护理有利改善患者心理状态，提高患者治疗依从性，促进手术的顺利开展，同时还可提高患者护理满意度，促进护患关系和谐。

Abstract Objective：To explore the effect of individualized nursing care in the nursing of cholelithiasis. Methods： To select 86 cases from February 2017 to October 2017 in our hospital surgical treatment of patients with gallstones were randomly divided into control group and observation group， routine nursing and conventional + individualized care， compared two groups of nursing effect. Results： no significant difference was found between the two groups of patients before nursing SAS and SDS score （P>0.05）， SAS and SDS after nursing in the observation group than in the control group were significantly lower， compared with significant differences between the groups （P<0.05）； patients in the observation group nursing satisfaction rate was 97.67%， compared with 83.72% in the control group was significantly higher， compared with significant difference there were （P<0.05）. Conclusion： individualized nursing for patients with gallstone surgery is beneficial to improve the psychological state of patients， improve the treatment compliance of patients， and promote the smooth operation of the operation. At the same time， it can also improve the satisfaction degree of patients' nursing and promote the harmonious relationship between nurses and patients.

胆结石是一种临床常见的胆道系统疾病，是指胆囊及胆管内出现结石的现象[1]。当前临床治疗胆结石主采取手术治疗法，手术会给患者带来一定生理伤害，同时手术本身属临床常见应激源，患者极易在手术期间产生不良心理情绪，包括焦虑、抑郁、紧张、恐惧等，严重影响患者治疗依从性，阻碍手术的顺利开展，进而影响患者的康复。护理服务的实施对于手术的成功与患者术后的康复均具非常重要的作用，个体化护理依患者生理、心理、社会等方面差异，给予患者具针对性护理服务，取得良好的护理效果。本文选取了于2017年2月至2017年10月在我院行手术治疗的胆结石患者为对象进行研究，主探讨个体化护理的应用效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
