【摘 要】目的：观察临床结肠癌病人应用加速康复外科护理的效果观察。方法：通过选取2016年5月至2017年10月在我院进的结肠癌加速康复外科护理的临床结肠癌患者80例进行研究探讨，并将其随机分为两组：研究组（40例）采取加速康复外科护理干预；对照组（40例）采取常规护理。观察两组患者不同护理干预后，其临床护理效果、护理满意度以及患者并发出相应疾病症状的情况比较。结果：经研究结果显示，研究组患者临床护理效果、护理满意度以及临床并发症情况均明显比对照组更佳，结果比较存在明显差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：临床结肠癌患者在临床治疗期间结合上加速康复外科护理，能有效的提高了患者在院治疗过程中的安全性，同时能有效提高患者临床治疗效果，降低患者临床疾病并发症发生，提高了患者的生命质量以及日常生活质量，因此临床上对患者采取加速康复外科护理措施具有重要的现实意义与价值。

Abstract Objective： To observe the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgery on clinical colon cancer patients. Methods： from May 2016 to October 2017 in the colon cancer in our hospital in the accelerated rehabilitation surgery clinical nursing of 80 patients with colon cancer were studied and discussed， and were randomly divided into two groups： Study Group （40 cases） take accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing intervention； the control group （40cases）received routine nursing care.The prognosis of two groups of patients with different nursing care was observed， and the clinical nursing effect.Results：the results of the study showed that the clinical nursing effect，nursing satisfaction and clinical complications of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group， and the results were statistically significant （p<0.05）.Conclusion：the clinical colon cancer patients with accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing during the clinical treatment，can effectively improve the safety in the hospital during the treatment of patients，improve the patient's quality of life and quality of life of patients in clinical take the realistic important meaning and value of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing measures.

目前，国家医疗条件飞速发展进步的状态下，人们的日常生活质量有了显著的提升，与此同时优质医学治疗技术也随之获得不断进步，手术治疗方式是临床疾病中重要的治疗手段。其中临床加速康复外科是通过结合循证医学护理原理方式发展的一项优化性围手术期护理措施，以有效降低患者术后机体康复以及心理护理，帮助患者获得快速康复，以有效阻断患者临床手术后，其机体遭受到的传入神经对应急信号的传导[1]。临床加速康复外科护理方式对患者的临床治疗术后机体康复状态可起到辅助、促进作用， 对于患者身体健康的恢复以及生活质量的提高具有相当重要的推进作用。

本文对临床结肠癌病人应用加速康复外科护理效果进行研究分析[1]。……
