【摘 要】随着我国经济飞度发展，城镇化进程加快，留守儿童问题引起了社会各界的高度关注。城市留守儿童作为留守儿童衍生出来的群体，学界对其的关注与研究才刚刚开始。“城市留守儿童”作为基本概念，学者们对其的界定也存在着很大的分歧。论文试对城市留守儿童的概念进行辨析与界定，并简述其意义，从而使得城市留守儿童问题的研究更加学术化与规范化。

【Abstract】As China's economic development， urbanization， left-behind children has aroused high attention from all walks of life. City left-behind children as a derived group of left-behind children， academic circles pay close attention to its research has just begun. "City left-behind children" as the basic concept， the scholars to its definition there are also significant differences. This paper tries to analyze and define the concept of city left-behind children， and briefly introduces the research significance， which makes the problem of city left-behind children is more academic and standardized.

1 引言

近年来，随着我国经济飞速发展，城镇化进程加快，“三农”问题受到政府各部门的高度重视，留守儿童及其衍生问题也随之成为社会各界关注的焦点。然而人们所关注的焦点却比较片面，都集中在了农村留守儿童方面，而对城市留守儿童的调查研究却少有涉及。虽然农村留守儿童在全部留守儿童中所占比重较大，但对于城市留守儿童这一群体，我们也切不能忽视。诚然，近两年来学界部分学者也逐渐关注起这一群体，但由于对城市留守儿童这一群体的研究才刚刚兴起，对其研究的规范化与学术化依然存在着很大的不足。“城市留守儿童”作为基本的概念，学者对其的界定也存在着很大的分歧。没有统一明确的定义，理论阐述各持己见，不仅导致对城市留守儿童规模数量估量不准确，也直接关系到对城市留守儿童研究的规范与深化。
