【摘 要】近年来，企业为我国社会经济的建设做出巨大的贡献，作为确保企业稳定、健康发展的重要保障，企业的供应商的质量不仅直接关系着企业产品的质量，而且对于企业的整体管理也具有重要影响。鉴于此，论文对供应商质量管理的目的及其意义进行分析，并对供应商质量管理在企业实施的优势展开研究，从而提出加强供应商质量管理在企业实施的几点思考。以期为供应商质量管理在企业实施现状的研究，提供可行性的参考建议。

【Abstract】 In recent years， enterprises have made great contributions to the construction of China's social economy. As an important guarantee to ensure the stable and healthy development of enterprises， the quality of suppliers not only directly related to the product， but also has an important influence on the overall management of the enterprise. In view of this， this paper analyzes the purpose and significance of supplier quality management， and studies the advantages of supplier quality management in the implementation of enterprises， and puts forward some thoughts on strengthening supplier quality management in the implementation of enterprises， so as to provide a feasible reference for the research on the current situation of the supplier quality management in the enterprise.

1 引言

近年来，随着我国经济市场不断的深化和改革，我国经济市场的竞争日益激烈，诸多企业为了提升自身的核心竞争力，不断寻找新的方法和措施，旨在降低企业生产成本的情况下，提高企业产品的质量，从而提升企业自身的经济效益，提高企业的信誉，从而获得大的利益。在日益恶劣的市场环境下，占据有利地位，促进企业自身的稳定、健康、可持续的发展。因此，本文对供应商质量管理在企业实施现状展开研究，这对于提升供应商质量管理的工作水平，促进企业稳定发展具有重要的意义。

2 供应商质量管理的目的及其意义
